摘要： A bulb-type LED lamp bulb-type LED lamp includes a cooling structure, an LED module, a transparent shade and a lamp head. The cooling structure includes a thermally conductive plate and a plurality of cooling fins configured by being bended upwardly from a periphery of the thermally conductive plate, and each cooling fins are disposed by being interspaced to each other. The LED module is attached onto a bottom face of the thermally conductive plate. The transparent shade covers the LED module correspondingly and is connected fixedly to the thermally conductive plate. The lamp head is fitted and connected to each cooling fin and electrically connected to the LED module. Thereby, the thermal convection is enhanced and the cooling efficiency is further promoted.

摘要： A modulized LED apparatus includes a container having a chamber wall with a chamber therein, a transparent surface thereof for the container to be pervious to radiant energy and/or light. The container has an optical processing area for converging, collecting or diffusing radiant energy and/or light. A liquid refrigerant and an evaporator including a heat conductor unit and a capillary unit are in the chamber, and the capillary unit has a portion contacting the liquid refrigerant. With the heat generated by an operating LED device, the evaporator evaporates the liquid refrigerant into a gaseous phase, which then condenses on the chamber wall and thus transfers heat to the chamber wall for dissipating, and the condensed refrigerant is evaporated again by the evaporator again into the gaseous phase. Due to this thermal recycling, the refrigerant continuously transfers heat from the LED device to the ambient environment.

The components are linearly connected from top to the bottom to form the complete LED bulb. The bulb has a heat sink diameter wider than the bulb cup diameter. Also, it is wider than the bulb cover diameter, and the heat sink has flat fins. The center part of the heat sink is made of metal and has extended fins to dissipate heat. The diameter of the heat sink is wider than thick, and it is flat shaped. The metal part in the center of the heat sink is flush with the fins having the same height. The fin thickness is preferably between 0.1˜2 mm.
