    摘要: A short-circuit generator is a generator in which stator slots provided with windings of a stator placed therein each have a depth in a radial direction perpendicular to a rotor central axis whose ratio divided by a width of the stator slot in a direction perpendicular both to the radial direction and a direction of the rotor central axis, is less than three. A rotor includes: a field winding placed in each of rotor slots; a metallic damper bar placed in each of the rotor slots on an outer periphery side of the field winding; and a metallic wedge placed in each of the rotor slots on an outer periphery side of the damper bar and connected to the damper bar. A damper-bar height that is a height of the damper bar is less than a wedge height that is a height of the wedge in the radial direction.

    摘要: The present application relates to a slot wedge element, a stator device, a motor, and a wind turbine. The slot wedge element extends in a first direction and has opposite first and second edges has a first surface and a second surface in the thickness direction thereof, and is attached to a winding of the stator device via the first surface. The second surface includes a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion sequentially distributed in the first direction. A second thickness between the second portion and the first surface is greater than a first thickness between the first portion and the first surface, and the second thickness is greater than or equal to a third thickness between the third portion and the first surface. The first thickness is decreasingly distributed in a direction from the second portion to the first edge.

    摘要: A cage for a wound rotor includes a first portion and a second portion to be rigidly connected to one another. Each portion includes an end ring and a circumferential plurality of rods extending away from the end ring parallel to the axis of revolution of the end ring. Each rod has a main portion and an end portion. For each rod of the first portion, the end portion of the rod is shaped to be rigidly connected to the end portion of at least one complementary rod of the second portion when the two portions are each installed at a longitudinal end of the body of the rotor so that the two complementary rods rigidly connected form a slot wedge extending between the two end rings of the two portions of the cage.

    摘要: An electric machine includes a stator having teeth that define open slots and slot closers disposed in the slots. Each slot closers includes a flux bridge surrounded by a nonmagnetic case. The slot closer is disposed between adjacent ones of the teeth with the case engaging and spanning the adjacent teeth. The case forms nonmagnetic gaps between the flux bridge and the adjacent teeth, respectively, to reduce potential for torque ripple.
