    Abstract: An active heat-dissipation system for a base station of a communication system includes a measuring module, configured to detect a temperature sensing signal of the base station; a controller, configured to receive the temperature sensing signal detected by the measuring module to set a preset temperature signal, to generate a difference between the temperature sensing signal and the preset temperature signal and a time derivative of the difference, and to output a control signal according to the difference and the time derivative of the difference based on a control program; and a power module, configured to receive the control signal and output an electrical signal to a heat-dissipation module according to the control signal, such that the heat-dissipation module performs a heat-dissipation process for the base station according to the electrical signal.

    Abstract: A method of measuring an azimuth of a target by a scanning radar includes (a) establishing a radar scanning model, including (a1) selecting an antenna pattern, (a2) setting a set of radar parameters, (a3) creating reflected signals simulation curve, (a4) sampling the reflected signals simulation curve to create a plurality of sets of simulation data, each set is consisted of successive samples, and (a5) normalizing each sample of each set of simulation data to create a plurality sets of records of normalized simulation data; (b) obtaining normalized scanning data; (c) comparing records of normalized simulation data with the normalized scanning data; and (d) obtaining an azimuth of the target.

    Abstract: A charging control method includes the following. (a) An electrical state of a battery set is obtained. (b) Whether the electrical state is greater than a first electrical state threshold is determined and charging control based on a first charging mode or a second charging mode on the battery set is performed accordingly. (c) During the charging control on the battery set, at least one temperature difference value is determined based on temperature values of the battery set at different times. (d) Whether the temperature difference value is greater than a first temperature difference threshold is determined and whether to temporarily stop or continue the charging is determined accordingly. (e) During the charging control on the battery set, the electrical state is obtained, and whether the electrical state satisfies a fully-charged criterion is determined and whether to stop or continue the charging control is determined accordingly.

    Abstract: A silver particles manufacturing method comprises following steps: providing a silver containing compound; providing an organic solution; adding the silver containing compound into the organic solution, to perform ultrasonic vibrations or a heating process until the silver containing compound is dissolved completely into the organic solution, to form a silver ion solution; performing the ultrasonic vibrations or the heating process, and then let the solution settle down for a period, to form a silver particles synthesized solution; and placing the silver particles synthesized solution into a centrifuge to perform centrifugation and separation, to obtain μm-scale silver particles and nm-scale silver particles. The silver particles manufacturing method has the advantages of low pollution, low cost, high yield, and mass production.
