摘要: A flash spinning method for preparing non-woven fabrics based on microwave thermal fusion, a microwave thermal fusion device, and a non-woven fabric preparation device are provided. The flash spinning method includes: step S1, collecting filament bundles to form a non-woven fabric precursor, adding a microwave heating liquid to the non-woven fabric precursor; the microwave heating liquid being configured to absorb microwave energy and convert the microwave energy into thermal energy; and step S2, performing microwave heating on the non-woven fabric precursor containing the microwave heating liquid obtained in the step S1 to obtain a heated non-woven fabric, and performing a hot press forming treatment on the heated non-woven fabric to obtain a finished non-woven fabric. There is no temperature gradient in layers of the non-woven fabric precursor, thereby significantly improving the peeling strength of the finished non-woven fabric.

摘要: Spun fibers and the use thereof, and a fiber spinning method. The fiber spinning method comprises extruding and spinning a spinning solution, and then sequentially subjecting a fiber precursor obtained by spinning to cooling formation, drying and stretching, wherein the method for the cooling formation comprises bringing the fiber precursor into contact with a fluid at a temperature of no more than −10° C. Polyethylene spun fibers obtained by means of the fiber spinning method have a breaking strength of 40 CN/dtex or more and a modulus of 1400 CN/dtex or more.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the production of spunbonded nonwoven and a device for the production of spunbonded nonwoven, wherein, in the process, a spinning mass is extruded through a plurality of nozzle holes to form filaments, the filaments are drawn in the extrusion direction, precipitated at least partially by being subjected to a coagulation air stream comprising a coagulation liquid and deposited to form the spunbonded nonwoven. To establish a process which permits a cost-efficient and simple adjustment of the air permeability of the spunbonded nonwoven, it is suggested that the air permeability of the spunbonded nonwoven is adjusted on the basis of at least one parameter of the coagulation air stream in that the actual air permeability of the spunbonded nonwoven is measured, the difference between the actual air permeability and a predefined target air permeability is determined and the at least one parameter of the coagulation air stream is changed as a function of the determined difference.
