The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a MIM structure capacitor. The method includes sequentially depositing a nitride film, a Ti film, and a TiN film over a lower electrode metal layer, the nitride film being an insulating layer, and a combination of the Ti/TiN layers being a upper metal electrode, for the MIM structure capacitor. The method further includes coating a photoresist layer on the upper electrode metal layer and patterning the photoresist layer, then selectively etching the upper metal electrode layer, and the nitride film by using the patterned photoresist layer as an etch mask, and finally removing nitride remaining on sidewalls of the MIM structure capacitor through a wet cleaning process.

Provided are method and apparatus for writing and reproducing a multimedia service using a tag in order to provide an intuitive interface for a user using a multimedia service. The method includes selecting a multimedia service to be written; generating tag information identifying the selected multimedia service; and writing the generated tag information to a tag. Accordingly, multimedia service information and content information can be stored in a tag by being written to tag information using a common format, and thus the user can later execute a service operation by easily writing information of a desired service operation to a tag and then simply connecting the tag to a tag reading device.

The device identification method for a touch screen device includes propagating a signal induced by touching a touch screen surface to an external device via the person, receiving information about the signal detected by the external device and an identification (ID) of the external device through a communication channel, and identifying the external device by using the received information about the detected signal and the received ID of the external device. Thus, the touch screen device and the external device can be connected to each other in real time by a simple and physical touch.

Example embodiments provide a composition for preparing modified polyimide/clay nanocomposites. The composition comprises a modified polyamic acid terminated with groups at both ends of the backbone and a layered clay compound. Example embodiments provide a method for preparing modified polyimide/clay nanocomposites using the composition. Polyimide/clay nanocomposites prepared by the method exhibit excellent thermal properties. Therefore, the polyimide/clay nanocomposites can find many useful applications as materials for next-generation substrates that are small in size and thickness and light in weight.

A versatile paper feeding device of an image forming apparatus includes a pick-up roller, a paper support tray under the pick-up roller to stack paper on, a paper support expansion tray to be able to freely slide toward or away from the paper support tray to support the trailing edge of the paper, a forward positioned paper alignment guide on the paper support tray to align a leading end portion of the paper, and a second paper alignment member formed on the paper support expansion tray to align a following end portion of the paper. When the versatile paper feeding device is used to print images on paper of various sizes, the paper can be properly positioned and straightly fed without skewing.
