    摘要: The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a MIM structure capacitor. The method includes sequentially depositing a nitride film, a Ti film, and a TiN film over a lower electrode metal layer, the nitride film being an insulating layer, and a combination of the Ti/TiN layers being a upper metal electrode, for the MIM structure capacitor. The method further includes coating a photoresist layer on the upper electrode metal layer and patterning the photoresist layer, then selectively etching the upper metal electrode layer, and the nitride film by using the patterned photoresist layer as an etch mask, and finally removing nitride remaining on sidewalls of the MIM structure capacitor through a wet cleaning process.

    摘要: Provided are a touch-screen based device identification and information provision method and apparatus, and computer-readable recording mediums having recorded thereon programs for executing the touch-screen based device identification method and the information provision method. The device identification method for a touch screen device includes propagating a signal induced by touching a touch screen surface to an external device via the person, receiving information about the signal detected by the external device and an identification (ID) of the external device through a communication channel, and identifying the external device by using the received information about the detected signal and the received ID of the external device. Thus, the touch screen device and the external device can be connected to each other in real time by a simple and physical touch.

The composition comprises a modified polyamic acid terminated with groups at both ends of the backbone and a layered clay compound. Example embodiments provide a method for preparing modified polyimide/clay nanocomposites using the composition. Polyimide/clay nanocomposites prepared by the method exhibit excellent thermal properties. Therefore, the polyimide/clay nanocomposites can find many useful applications as materials for next-generation substrates that are small in size and thickness and light in weight.

A storage device loads information on a currently edited metadata document so as to describe multimedia contents, and a metadata editor visualizes the loaded metadata document according to a predetermined method, and allows a user to edit the metadata document. A multimedia access reproducer accesses the input multimedia contents to reproduce corresponding multimedia contents, and an inter-media metadata interface links the multimedia access reproducer and the metadata editor to browse contents and effectively edit information relating to a specific interval of multimedia contents. A metadata output device outputs information on the loaded metadata document according to a predefined format.

    摘要: There is disclosed a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device capable of preventing two electrodes from being short. The method comprises the step of forming a gate pattern in which a spacer is formed on a given region of a semiconductor substrate; forming a junction region on the semiconductor substrate by impurity ion injection process; forming a first insulating film on the entire structure, and then polishing the first insulating film until the upper portion of the gate pattern is exposed, to flatten it; removing the gate pattern to expose the semiconductor substrate, and then forming a gate oxide film on the exposed semiconductor substrate; etching a given region of the first insulating film to form a contact hole exposing the junction region; forming a barrier layer and a buffer layer on the entire structure; forming a conductive layer on the entire structure so that the portion in which a contact hole and a gate will be formed can be buried, and then polishing the conductive layer to form a gate electrode and a bit line and a plug of a charge storing electrode; and forming a second insulating film on the entire structure.
