    Abstract: Provided is an air conditioner including: a housing including an inlet and an outlet; a heat exchanger within the housing, wherein the heat exchanger is configured to heat exchange with air drawn in through the inlet; a blower fan configured to cause the heat exchanged air to be discharged through the outlet; and a sterilizer configured to irradiate light toward the blower fan; wherein the sterilizer includes: a first light-emitting diode (LED) including a first irradiation surface; and a second LED including a second irradiation surface, wherein the first irradiation surface faces a first direction, and wherein the second irradiation surface faces a second direction different from the first direction.

    Abstract: A cooking apparatus includes a housing, a heat source on one side of the housing, a control panel couplable to the housing, a knob rotatably mountable on the control panel to operate the heat source and movable rearwardly, a stopper between the control panel and the knob and including an anti-rotation portion configured to prevent a rotation of the knob, a button movably couplable to the knob in a left-to-right direction, and a locking pin accommodated in the anti-rotation portion and secured to the button so as to move along the button. The locking pin is deviated from the anti-rotation portion based on movement of the button, the knob is rotatable while the knob is moved rearwardly and the locking pin is deviated from the anti-rotation portion, and the knob is rotated to operate the heat source.

    Abstract: A semiconductor device includes an active pattern on a substrate, source/drain patterns on the active pattern, a plurality of channel layers stacked on the active pattern to be vertically spaced apart from each other and connecting the source/drain patterns with each other, a gate electrode between the source/drain patterns to cross the active pattern and to surround the channel layers, and active contacts at opposite sides of the gate electrode to cover top surfaces of the source/drain patterns. A width of each of the active contacts is smaller than or equal to the largest width of each of the source/drain patterns. Each of the top surfaces of the source/drain patterns has an inclined surface that is inclined relative to a top surface of the substrate, and each of the active contacts includes a protruding portion that protrudes toward the inclined surface.
