摘要: A method for repairing a defect, such as a pinhole, on a photomask is described. In an example, a laser beam is used to form a matrix of laser burn spots in a substrate of the photomask proximate a defect, such as a pinhole, of the photomask. Each laser burn spot is formed at a focal point of the laser beam inside the substrate by melting a material of the substrate proximate to the defect. In an example, the defect is surrounded and covered by the matrix of laser burn spots. The matrix of laser burn spots can attenuate or block light from passing through the defect, such as the pinhole. The matrix of laser burn spots may repair the defect of the photomask without removing a pellicle and pellicle frame mounted on the photomask.

摘要: An electronic device including a lower body, an upper body, a first screen, a second screen and a detecting element is provided. The upper body is pivotally connected to the lower body and capable to rotate relatively. When the upper body rotates to make the detector detect that the upper body is at a closed position, the electronic device is switched to a first mode, the second screen disposed on an external surface of the upper body displays a first image. When the upper body rotates to make the detecting element detect that the upper body is at an opening position, the electronic device is switched to a second mode, and the first screen disposed on an inner surface of the upper body displays the first frame.

摘要: An optical lens includes a incident curved surface, a cone-shaped body, and a emitting curved surface. Light emitted from a light emitting diode (LED) has a first refraction angle on a first plane and a second refraction angle on a second plane after passing through the incident curved surface, the cone-shaped body, and the emitting curved surface. The first refraction angle is between 105 degrees and 145 degrees, and the second refraction angle is between 38 degrees and 65 degrees. The light is asymmetrically distributed on the second plane. Therefore, when the optical lens is applied to a street lamp, the light utilization on a road side may be increased.

摘要: The present invention provides a touch pad operable with multi-objects and a method of operating such a touch pad. The touch pad includes a touch structure for sensing touch points of a first and a second object and a controller for generating corresponding touching signals and related position coordinates. Moreover, the controller calculates at least two movement amount indexes according to coordinate differences between these position coordinates, thereby generating a movement amount control signal to control behaviors of a software object.

摘要: A method for controlling a touch control module and an electronic device are provides. The electronic device includes a display and a host. The host includes a sensing module, a touch control module and a control unit. The sensing module includes a sensing unit for detecting the gesture and generating the corresponding sensing signal. The control unit determines whether the gesture complies with a preset condition according to the sensing signal. When the determining result is yes, the control unit controls the touch control module to enter the first control mode. On the contrary, if the determining result is no, the control unit controls the touch control module to enter the second control mode.
