    摘要: A composite ceramic material which is available by sintering a mixed powder of a dielectric material and a magnetic material, and contains a third component serving to inhibit a chemical reaction between the dielectric material and the magnetic material during sintering of the mixed powder and reduce the sintering temperature, and particularly, an EMI filter, a composite LC pan and a composite LC chip part made from such a composite ceramic material. The starting end and the terminal end of the inductor are exposed on the both end faces of the bare chip, and signal electrodes are provided at these ends. Ends of the conductors for grounding are exposed on the other both ends of the bare chip, and grounding electrodes are provided at these ends. The conductors for inductor are spirally connected in succession in the thickness direction of the bare chip via throughholes provided in the sheets within the bare chip to form an inductor. The conductors for grounding are adjacent to, and spaced apart by a distance sufficient for insulation from the conductors for inductor in a plane within the bare chip and piled up alternately with the conductors for inductor to form capacitors each between a conductor for grounding and a conductor for the inductor.

    摘要: In order to avoid the need to provide auxiliary pumps and the like to obviate cavitation problems in the coolant return pump and the coolant jacket of an evaporative cooling type engine cooling system, a heater circulation pump which circulates heated coolant through a cabin heating circuit is selectively connected with a reservoir in which liquid coolant is stored and energized to pump fresh relatively cool coolant into the coolant jacket in the event that the normal coolant return pump is sensed as operating continuously for more than a predetermined period of time and thus ensure that the level of coolant in the coolant jacket is maintained at an appropriate level. Upon a positive pressure developing in the system a valve upstream of the coolant return pump is opened and hot coolant is displaced out to the reservoir. When a negative pressure develops the aforementioned valve is opened and fresh cool coolant from the reservoir is inducted into the system upstream of the pump to alleviate pump cavitation.

    摘要: In order to simplify the control and construction of the cooling system in a manner which avoids the need for costly electromagnetic valves and control circuits such as microprocessor and the like, a reservoir in which coolant is stored is arranged to constantly communicate with a lower portion of a cooling circuit which includes the coolant jacket and the radiator in which the coolant vapor is condensed. A small coolant pump returns condensate from the radiator to the coolant jacket in response to a temperature sensor disposed in the coolant jacket. An overflow conduit is arranged to return excess coolant pumped into the coolant jacket via a conduit which leads from an overflow port provided in the cylinder head at a predetermined height above highly heated structure of the engine to the base of the radiator and thus maintain a predetermined depth of liquid coolant in the jacket. A cooling fan or like device is operated in response to a second temperature sensor disposed at the bottom of the radiator.

To purge any air or like non-condensible which finds its way into the system, coolant is pumped in to overfill same during engine warm up.

    摘要: In order to permit return of coolant condensate from a radiator to the coolant jacket in which liquid coolant is boiled and the vapor used as a vehicle for removing heat from highly heated engine structure, and simultaneous boiling point control via varying the amount of liquid coolant present in the radiator, a dual pump arrangement is provided. The first returns the liquid condensate to the radiator while the second moves coolant between the radiator and a reservoir. In some embodiments the pump arrangements are mechanically driven by the engine in order to improve response to demands for coolant movement and thus ensure rapid control of deviations from required conditions.

    摘要: An engine valve of an internal combustion engine comprises a hollow metal tube member whose one end part is flared into an umbrella-shape, the hollow metal tube member constituting a valve stem section. A generally disc-shaped metal lid member is welded to the umbrella-shaped end part of the hollow metal tube member, constituting a valve head section. Additionally, a metal stem end member is welded to the other end of the hollow metal member, thus decreasing the weight of the valve, thereby reducing total engine noise while improving fuel economy.
