    Abstract: A method includes: a communication device determines a time offset value based on scheduling and orchestration information and time of arrival, and sends the time offset value to an application network element. The scheduling and orchestration information indicates a scheduling moment, the time of arrival indicates a moment at which a first data packet in a service flow arrives at the communication device, and the time offset value is a difference between the moment at which the first data packet arrives at the communication device and the scheduling moment.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a wireless communication method, device, and system. The method includes: A terminal device receives first information from a network device, where the terminal device currently uses a first BWP, and the first information indicates that in minK0 time units after the terminal device receives scheduling downlink control information (DCI), there is no downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by the scheduling DCI, and/or in minK2 time units after the terminal device receives the DCI, there is no physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) scheduled by the scheduling DCI; the terminal device receives the scheduling DCI from the network device, where the scheduling DCI indicates the terminal device to switch from the first BWP to a target BWP; and the terminal device determines a first time period based on a bandwidth part (BWP) switch delay and the first information, where the BWP switch delay includes N time units.

    Abstract: In a method for network communications, a session management network element receives an identifier of a session of a terminal device, an identifier of a port corresponding to the session, and a processing policy of a data flow for the port.     Abstract: A communication method includes determining, by a terminal side device in a mobile communications system, N random access preambles on N uplink bandwidth parts (BWPs) in a random access process, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and sending, by the terminal side device, the N random access preambles to a network side device so that the terminal side device can perform random access on a plurality of uplink BWPs. In this method, the network side device or each terminal side device may subsequently perform random access on any one of the N uplink BWPs.
