摘要: A distortion compensating apparatus calculates a distortion compensation coefficient in such a manner that a difference signal between a reference signal, which is a transmit signal, and a feedback signal will be diminished, updates an old distortion compensation coefficient by the calculated distortion compensation coefficient and applies distortion compensation to the transmit signal based upon this distortion compensation coefficient. In this apparatus, a phase correcting interval, which is for correcting the phase difference between the reference signal and the feedback signal, and a distortion compensation coefficient updating interval are generated alternately, a correction is applied so as to null the phase difference in the phase correcting interval, and the distortion compensation coefficient is updated in the distortion compensation coefficient updating interval.

摘要: A lower double-joint front suspension system is provided which includes an upper suspension link and a pair of lower suspensions links for supporting a front wheel. The suspension system is adapted to provide a positive scrub radius for a front wheel when the front wheel is steered to serve as an inner wheel during cornering, which positive scrub radius increases with increase of turning of the front wheel away from a neutral position thereof. One of the lower suspension links, which is located in the rear of the other, has a connecting end portion at which it is connected to a vehicle body. The connecting end portion includes a resilient bushing which is less rigid in the width direction than in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. By this, when a braking force is applied to the steered inner front wheel during cornering, the resilient bushing is deformed in the width direction and inboard of the vehicle body. Such deformation of the resilient bushing causes rear one of the lower suspension links to turn in the direction to decrease the positive scrub radius, thus making it possible to improve the returnability of a steering wheel.

摘要: Second connectors 61x are fixed symmetrically with respect to a steering shaft 10 on a steering post 20 in such a manner that these second connectors are slightly movable, and a steering unit 30 is moved parallel to the axis of the steering shaft 10, thereby connecting two first connectors 62x, fixedly mounted on the steering unit 30, to the second connectors 61x, respectively. Lever-type connectors, having the function of reducing a load exerted during the connecting operation, are used as the first and second connectors 62x and 61x, respectively.

摘要: A rolling mill for metal foil includes a pair of work rollers having axes in parallel to each other for subjecting a sheet material being supplied therebetween to strip processing, two pairs of intermediate rollers arranged so that the intermediate rollers of each pair are in contact with one of the work rollers and have axes in parallel to the axis of the contacting work roller, and two pairs of backup rollers arranged so that the backup rollers of each pair are respectively in contact with one pair of the intermediate rollers. Each pair of intermediate rollers and the pair of backup rollers in contact with the pair of intermediate rollers impart roll load to the work roller in contact with the pair of intermediate rollers. The rolling mill enables the production of large-width metal foil too thin to be self-supportable in shape with ease and high precision.

摘要: A water-resistant electrical connector includes a housing having at least one cavity dedicated to receive a terminal fixture and at least one cavity which is configured to prevent a terminal fixture from being inserted therein. Although both of the cavities are open at opposite ends of the housing, a wall closes up the cavity which is not to receive a terminal fixture constituting an electric circuit. This wall presents water from passing through the cavity from one side of the housing to the other. A fin also extends across this cavity from an open end of the cavity to the wall to thereby prevent a terminal fixture from being inserted in the cavity and into contact with the wall. A molding system can manufacture connector housings having various combinations of the cavities configured to receive a terminal fixture and cavities which prevent a terminal fixture from being inserted therein. The molding system includes a fixed mold, a movable mold, and pairs of mold pins which are detachably mountable to the molds. One pair of the mold pins will form a cavity configured to receive a terminal fixture while another pair of the mold pins will form a cavity which will prevent a terminal fixture from being inserted therein. The respective pairs of mold pins are interchangeable so that the same molds can be used to manufacture various types of housings depending on the circuit to which the connector is applied.

摘要: Two support members which are supported swingably to the vehicle body through the medium of the support axis extending in up and down direction are provided at the vehicle body end portions of two left and right suspension arm members connecting left and right rear wheels to the vehicle body. Lever parts are extended from the support members toward the opposing direction to each other and are interconnected by a link member. One of the two support members is driven by one actuator for rotation around an support axis, whereby left and right two suspension arm members move in vehicle widthwise direction, opposite to each other, and in synchronism with each other and thus left and right rear wheels are steered symmetrically in toe-in direction or toe-out direction. Since the motive power mechanism part is of simple construction using link members, and engaging parts of gears can be lessened, the device according to the present invention can contribute to compactness and cost reduction and also can restrict "shaking" in rear wheel steering due to backlash of gears.
