Pharmaceutical formulations suitable for iontophoresis thereof that provide enhanced iontophoretic delivery of an anti-fungal drug to at least one body surface are described. Also described are pharmaceutical formulations suitable for iontophoresis comprising terbinafine and methods for administering terbinafine to a body surface via iontophoresis. In one embodiment, the body surface includes a nail plate and/or the skin.
Abstract:
An OSGi-based dynamic service management method for context-aware system is provided. By adding a service bundle for service implementation to an OSGi framework, a service lifecycle is separately managed. For this purpose, the service bundle has several service implementations, and a service factory object is generated as many as the service implementations. The lifecycle of the service is managed. The service factory object installs and uninstalls the service. Accordingly, even when various sensors and devices are newly added to the context-aware system, a corresponding service can be installed and uninstalled at any time, thereby providing a dynamic management.

An optical fingerprint image input device for a mobile apparatus includes: a plate-shaped fingerprint contact member; a distortion correcting member for correcting distortions; light sources disposed at both sides of the fingerprint contact member, other than an inclined surface or a back light source in a liquid crystal display element; focusing means disposed at an inclined surface side of the distortion correcting member; and an image sensor. In other words, the fingerprint contact member and the distortion correcting member having respective set-up inclined angles are disposed to discern sweat, water or oil and to correct a trapezoidal distortion which is a disadvantage that occurs when a thin fingerprint contact medium is used, and to form a lens system comprised of a cylindrical lens and a spherical lens for adjustment of a ratio of transversal to longitudinal widths of an image.

A fuel cell system and a method for controlling the same corrects concentration sensing values by estimating temperature according to the load amount of a stack. A control method of a fuel cell system including the steps of: measuring the load amount of loads supplied with power from a stack; estimating temperatures at the area where a concentration sensor is installed from the load amount values; producing the corrected concentrations by correcting the concentration sensing values according to the estimated temperatures; and controlling the drive of the fuel cell system according to the corrected concentrations.

The present invention relates to a washing machine having legs at a base to adjust the height thereof. The washing machine includes a base, a plurality of legs, and an over-unscrewed prevention member. The base is formed at a bottom of the washing machine. The legs are disposed at the base and each having a bolt unit that is height-adjustably assembled at the base. The over-unscrewed prevention member is disposed at the bolt unit of each leg and caught by the base when the legs are unscrewed so as to set a maximum unscrew height of the legs.

The entropy encoding apparatus includes a estimated CBP value calculating unit which estimates a CBP value of a target block and outputs an estimated CBP value of the target block, and a calculated-CBP value calculating unit which calculates a calculated-CBP value of the target block using an actual CBP value of the target block and the estimated CBP value of the target block. Also provided are an entropy decoding apparatus and method. The entropy decoding apparatus includes an estimated CBP value calculating unit which estimates a CBP value of a target block and outputs the estimated result as a estimated CBP value of the target block, and an actual CBP value calculating unit which calculates an actual CPB value of the target block using the estimated CBP value of the target block and an input calculated-CBP value of the target block.

A digital broadcast receiver and broadcast data display method enabling simultaneous display of multi-channel visual images are disclosed. The broadcast data display method includes receiving digital broadcast data on a plurality of channels; simultaneously outputting on a single screen real-time broadcast data of a selected channel and still images of the remaining channels; and periodically updating the still images of the remaining channels. Thereby, up-to-date multi-channel visual images are simultaneously output. Hence, the user can easily perform channel selection and channel switching.

Provided is a plasma display panel which is capable of achieving high-efficiency. The plasma display panel includes: a front substrate; a rear substrate opposite to the front substrate; a plurality of barrier ribs defining a plurality of discharge cells in a space between the front substrate and the rear substrate; a plurality of sustain electrodes extended along the front substrate and arranged in pairs, wherein each sustain electrode pair consists of a pair of an X electrode and a Y electrode that are opposite to each other and generate a discharge; a plurality of address electrodes extended along the rear substrate, and intersecting the sustain electrodes at parts corresponding to the discharge cells; and a light-emitting material formed in the discharge cells and emitting red, green and blue visible light, wherein a ratio of an electrode gap with respect to a cell pitch is between 0.2 and 0.4, wherein the electrode gap is a distance between the X electrode and the Y electrode and the cell pitch is a distance between two adjacent barrier ribs defining each discharge cell.
