    Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The display device further includes a printed circuit board assembly disposed on the second surface and electrically connected to the second conductive layer, a processing unit disposed on and electrically connected to the printed circuit board assembly and a first connective portion at least partially disposed in the substrate and penetrating from the first surface to the second surface.
