Abstract: Disclosed are a method for performing V2X communication in a wireless communication system and an apparatus for the same. Specifically, a method for performing vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes: receiving a transmission request of a V2X message of a V2X service identified by a V2X service identifier from an upper layer by using V2X communication through a PC5 interface, the transmission request including the V2X message and the V2X service identifier; requesting or selecting a resource for the V2X communication through the PC5 interface to a base station based on whether the UE is serviced by an evolved universal terrestrial radio access network (E-UTRAN) for the V2X communication; and transmitting the V2X message through the PC5 interface by transferring the V2X message to a lower layer, and when mapping between the V2X service identifier and a transmission parameter is configured, the transmission parameter associated with the V2X service identifier may be transferred to the lower layer together with the V2X message.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for performing management of different IDs in a Relay UE in wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving information for mapping table between a set of first identifiers (IDs) and a set of second IDs from a network; receiving a UL packet, which is to be forwarded to the network, without a second ID from the remote UE identified by a first ID associated with the second ID according to the mapping table; adding the second ID associated with the first ID to the UL packet; and transmitting the UL packet with second ID to the network. The UE is capable of communicating with at least one of another UE, a UE related to an autonomous driving vehicle, a base station or a network.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a measurement handling in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system, the method comprises: receiving information for a validity timer from a network; starting the validity timer to be expired at a first expiration time point based on the information; while the validity timer is running, performing a measurement on one or more neighbor cells and performing cell reselections; determining a mobility state based on a number of the cell reselections; adjusting, based on the mobility state, the first expiration time point to a second expiration time point of the validity timer that is currently running; and stopping the measurement upon reaching the second expiration time point.

Abstract: A method for transmitting, by a first relay user equipment (UE), signals by considering interferences in a further enhancement D2D (FeD2D) environment comprises the steps of: calculating, by the first relay UE, a distance to a virtual remote user equipment (UE) located on a straight line between the first relay UE and a second relay UE; determining an allowable interference intensity for the virtual remote UE, on the basis of a predetermined target signal to interference and noise ratio (SINR) value for the virtual remote UE and an intensity of a received signal from the second relay UE of the virtual remote UE; determining a transmission power on the basis of the allowable interference intensity and the calculated distance; and comparing the determined transmission power with a minimum transmission power that satisfies the target SINR, wherein the virtual remote UE may be located at a threshold of a target range of the second relay UE.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and an apparatus performing device-to-device (D2D) communication in a wireless communication system. More particularly, D2D terminals supporting D2D communication are identified, discovery groups are formed for the D2D terminals using the same application, and discovery timing is established depending on the discovery group such that D2D terminals belonging to the same discovery group are shifted to an active state during the discovery timing in order to transceive signals by using time and frequency resources designated for D2D discovery with the discovery timing having a variable value depending on the discovery group.
