The pressing force on a trailing edge of the recording sheet (10) is dividedly released in three steps sequentially and, accordingly, the nipping force and feeding force working on the recording sheet (10) also vary stepwise. Load fluctuations that occur at the moment the trailing edge of the recording sheet (10) is released from the nipping force of the first transport roller (4) also vary stepwise, whereby it is not possible that the feed precision is disturbed in a moment.

    摘要: A vibration applying apparatus associated with an injection molding machine for applying vibrational repetitive movements to a melt of molding materials includes a rod having a tip end received inside a heating cylinder and disposed in the proximity of a nozzle of the heating cylinder, a stationary guide supporting the rod such that the rod is movable back and forth, a rotating shaft being orthogonal to the rod, a drive motor for rotating the rotating shaft, and a cam mechanism acting between the rotating shaft and the rod so as to convert rotary motion of the rotating shaft into linear reciprocal motion of the rod. With the apparatus thus arranged, the tip end of the reciprocating rod applies vibrational repetitive movements to the melt of molding material, thereby lower the viscosity of melt. The frequency of vibrational repetitive movements can be varied by changing the rotational speed of the drive motor.

    摘要: A first direction shifting valve adapted to supply pressurized hydraulic oil to a hydraulic chamber on the rearward displacement side and discharge hydraulic oil from the hydraulic chamber on the rearward displacement side, and moreover, discharge hydraulic oil from a hydraulic chamber on the forward displacement side is disposed in a hydraulic path extending between a hydraulic pump and an injection cylinder. In addition, a second direction shifting valve adapted to supply pressurized hydraulic oil to a chamber on the forward displacement side is disposed in the foregoing hydraulic path. Additionally, a third direction shifting valve is disposed to build a bleeding-off circuit in cooperation with the second direction shifting valve. While a hydraulic path on the rearward displacement side is blocked by the third direction shifting valve, a hydraulic path on the forward displacement side is hydraulically connected to the tank side. When the third direction shifting valve is shifted to the opposite side so that the hydraulic path on the rearward displacement side is hydraulically connected to the tank side and the hydraulic path on the forward displacement side is blocked by the third direction shifting valve, an injection molding operation can be started. With such construction, a rising time of each injection molding operation can be shortened while pressurized hydraulic oil is preliminarily exerted on the hydraulic chamber on the forward displacement side under the bleeding-off condition.
