摘要： A method is provided for transferring funds related to a checkout process for a transaction initiated between a user and a merchant. The method may include storing information on a plurality of asset accounts associated with the user and receiving selection of a first account from the plurality of asset accounts as possible choices. The method may also include receiving authorization via the interface from the user to pay the merchant from the first account. The method may further include providing a digital IOU to the merchant and receiving a redemption request of the digital IOU. The method may additionally include determining, automatically with a funds transfer server, a second account associated with the merchant, and initiating, automatically with the funds transfer server in response to the redemption request, an electronic transfer between the first account and the second account that is related to the checkout process for the transaction.

摘要： The present invention provides novel serum-free cell culture medium and methods for cultivating MDCK cells. In particular, non-tumorigenic MDCK cells. The present invention also provides methods for producing influenza viruses (e.g., particularly cold-adapted, and/or temperature sensitive, and/or attenuated influenza viruses) that eliminate the need for a cell culture medium exchange step. The novel medium and methods are useful to grow influenza viruses, in cell culture to high titer. The present invention further provides purification methods for purifying influenza viruses with high overall recovery of live virus and result in levels of host cell DNA (HCD), host cell protein (HCP) and non-specific endonuclease (e.g., Benzonase), which are below the specifications required by regulatory agencies. The immunogenic compositions can be used to actively immunize subjects or to generate antibodies for a variety of uses, including passive immunization and diagnostic immunoassays.

The money transfer information comprises recipient identification information, at least one country where the money is to be received, and a payment amount in an originating currency. The money transfer information is transmitted to a host computer system. When ready to receive payment in the designated country, recipient identification information along with a request to withdraw a portion of a possible payment amount is entered into a payout computer. The recipient identification information and the request to withdraw is transmitted to a host computer system, and the requested withdrawal is provided to the recipient in the local currency.
