    Abstract: An apparatus for wireless communication includes a transmitter configured to communicate with a base station based on a first uplink bandwidth part (BWP) that includes a first frequency subset and that further includes a second frequency subset. The apparatus further includes a receiver configured to receive, from the base station, one or more messages including a frequency hopping indicator that specifies whether a frequency hopping mode is enabled or disabled. The transmitter is further configured to transmit, to the base station, an uplink control channel transmission using both the first frequency subset and the second frequency subset based on the frequency hopping indicator specifying that the frequency hopping mode is enabled or using one of the first frequency subset or the second frequency subset based on the frequency hopping indicator specifying that the frequency hopping mode is disabled.

    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify a collision between a first uplink transmission and a second uplink transmission, wherein the first uplink transmission is a high priority uplink transmission and the second uplink transmission is a low priority uplink transmission; and cancel the second uplink transmission based at least in part on a threshold delay period, wherein the threshold delay period is based at least in part on a UE processing capability and a minimum processing timeline capability, and wherein the second uplink transmission is canceled before a first overlapping symbol of the first uplink transmission and the second uplink transmission.     Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for identifying an initial rank, modulating information into a first plurality of layers associated with the initial rank, scrambling the first plurality of layers by a first common scrambler to generate a first plurality of scrambled layers, transmitting, to the receiver, the first plurality of scrambled layers, receiving an indication of failed demodulation of a portion of the first plurality of scrambled layers, modulating at least a portion of the information into a second plurality of layers, wherein the second plurality of layers includes a same number of layers as the first plurality of layers, scrambling the second plurality of layers by a second common scrambler to generate a second plurality of scrambled layers, and transmitting, to the receiver, the second plurality of scrambled layers.
