摘要: The invention relates to a MIMO-HARQ communication system and communication method. When a receiver carries out a CRC for received data streams and detects an error in a data stream, it feeds back to a transmitter and requests a retransmission of the data stream. The transmitter determines the correspondence between the data streams to be transmitted and a plurality of transmitting antennas in a method for retransmitting the error data stream with a transmitting antenna other than the one having transmitted the error data stream. Transmission and retransmission of a same data stream experience different spatial fading channels, so that an additional spatial diversity gain is obtained by exchanging the transmission sequences, in addition to a time diversity gain obtained by retransmission, and hence the probability of successful transmission is improved.

摘要: An optical disc recording device according to the present invention is capable of quickly performing the OPC operation for a rewritable optical disc, and is also capable of setting the proper writing power for both an unwritten area and a written area. A microcomputer reads out, from a memory, preliminary writing conditions for the optical disc in question, and then performs preliminary writing so that data is written to a test writing area of the optical disc under the preliminary writing conditions. After that, test writing to the test writing area, which has been subjected to the preliminary writing, is performed with the writing power being changed, and thereby the optimum writing power is determined. Information about the writing power and the erasing power is stored in the memory on an optical disc type basis. The information is used for the preliminary writing.

摘要: A semiconductor substrate inspection method includes: generating a charged particle beam, and irradiating the charged particle beam to a semiconductor substrate in which contact wiring lines are formed on a surface thereof, the contact wiring lines of the semiconductor substrate being designed to alternately repeat in a plane view so that one of the adjacent contact wiring lines is grounded to the semiconductor substrate and the other of the adjacent contact wiring lines is insulated from the semiconductor substrate; detecting at least one of a secondary charged particle, a reflected charged particle and a back scattering charged particle generated from the surface of the semiconductor substrate to acquire a signal; generating an inspection image with the signal, the inspection image showing a state of the surface of the semiconductor substrate; and judging whether the semiconductor substrate is good or bad from a difference of brightness in the inspection image obtained from the surfaces of the adjacent contact wiring lines.

摘要: An air-conditioner includes a refrigeration cycle device having an evaporator for evaporating refrigerant discharged from a compressor to cool air to be sent into a vehicle compartment. A controller turns on the compressor when a surface temperature of the evaporator or a downstream temperature of air at a downstream side of the evaporator is equal to or larger than a first predetermined value. The controller turns off the compressor when a changing rate of the surface temperature or a changing rate of the downstream temperature is equal to or larger than a second predetermined value. The controller turns on the compressor again when the surface temperature or the downstream temperature becomes equal to or larger than a third predetermined value, which is larger than the first predetermined value.

摘要: A terminal metal piece connected to an electric wire is inserted into a housing and an outer periphery of the housing is attached with a shield shell fixedly attached to a distal end of a shield member surrounding electric wires. Even when the electric wire is bent to be deviated from the regular wiring path, a resin cover is protected against interference with the shield shell by an outer cylinder portion. Further, a mode of protecting the resin cover against interference with the shield shell includes a case in which the resin cover is prevented from being interfered with the shield shell and a case in which even when the resin cover is interfered with the shield shell, the resin cover is avoided from being impaired thereby.

摘要: A lower double-joint front suspension system is provided which includes an upper suspension link and a pair of lower suspensions links for supporting a front wheel. The suspension system is adapted to provide a positive scrub radius for a front wheel when the front wheel is steered to serve as an inner wheel during cornering, which positive scrub radius increases with increase of turning of the front wheel away from a neutral position thereof. One of the lower suspension links, which is located in the rear of the other, has a connecting end portion at which it is connected to a vehicle body. The connecting end portion includes a resilient bushing which is less rigid in the width direction than in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. By this, when a braking force is applied to the steered inner front wheel during cornering, the resilient bushing is deformed in the width direction and inboard of the vehicle body. Such deformation of the resilient bushing causes rear one of the lower suspension links to turn in the direction to decrease the positive scrub radius, thus making it possible to improve the returnability of a steering wheel.

摘要: Second connectors 61x are fixed symmetrically with respect to a steering shaft 10 on a steering post 20 in such a manner that these second connectors are slightly movable, and a steering unit 30 is moved parallel to the axis of the steering shaft 10, thereby connecting two first connectors 62x, fixedly mounted on the steering unit 30, to the second connectors 61x, respectively. Lever-type connectors, having the function of reducing a load exerted during the connecting operation, are used as the first and second connectors 62x and 61x, respectively.
