摘要： A seat lifter for a vehicular seat comprises spaced side base members; and front and rear lift mechanisms which are mounted on front and rear portions of the side base members for adjusting the heights of front and rear portions of a seat cushion respectively. Each lift mechanism comprises a pivot shaft extending across the side base members, brackets secured to the pivot shaft to rotate therewith, arm members pivotally connected to the brackets and connected to the seat cushion, a sector gear pivotally connected to one of the side base members and pivotally moved together with the pivot shaft, a pinion meshed with the sector gear, and a handling knob mounted on the side base member and having the pinion connected thereto.

This material comprises, based on the dry weight of the material, 68.6-90.7% of phospholipid, 0.3-13.0% of neutral fat, 0.0-8.0% of total cholesterol, 1.0-27.7% of free fatty acids, 0.1-2.0% of carbohydrate, and 0.0-3.5% of protein. The material is produced by subjecting mammalian lung tissue to a series of procedures including acetic acid ester treatment, organic solvent mixture treatment, differential centrifugation, density gradient centrifugation and dialysis, and optionally adding a phosphatidylcholine, a neutral fat, and/or a free fatty acid to the resulting product. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the surface active material is usable for the clinical treatment of respiratory distress syndrome.

摘要： A stationary portion of a motor includes resin bodies including an inner resin portion and an outer resin portion. The inner resin portion is between a tooth and a coil and between the tooth and an insulator. The outer resin portion covers circumferentially outer sides and axially outer sides of the coil. The inner and outer resin portions are continuous with each other through a connecting resin portion. The insulator includes an opening portion extending along circumferential side surfaces of the tooth. The inner resin portion is in contact with the circumferential side surfaces of the tooth and a conducting wire in the opening portion. Heat generated in the coil is transferred to the tooth through the resin body. A path along which the heat is transferred from the coil to the tooth is secured, and dissipation of heat out of the motor is promoted.

The stator core includes a core back having an annular shape, and a plurality of teeth extending radially inward from the core back. A radially inner end portion of each tooth has a circumferential width substantially equal to or smaller than a circumferential width of a remaining portion of the tooth. The core back includes a protruding portion protruding radially inward between adjacent teeth, a cut extending radially outward from the protruding portion, and a through hole extending in an axial direction through the core back defined at a radially outer end portion of the cut. The protruding portion increases a radial dimension of the core back to achieve a reduction in magnetic reluctance in the vicinity of the cut.
