A quinoxaline derivative represented by a general formula (1) is provided. In the formula, A represents any one of an alkylene chain, silicon (Si), oxygen (O), nitrogen (N), and sulfur (S). R1 to R8, which may be identical or different, individually represent any one of a lower alkyl group, an aryl group, and a heterocyclic group.
