摘要： A sliding door lock system has a centrally-disposed operator. The operator has a casing with a trigger retractably extended from the casing. An operator mechanism disposed in the casing is operatively engaged with the trigger. A lock remotely disposed from the operator has a housing. A pair of opposed locking hooks extend from the housing and a spring biases each hook into an unlocked position. A block pivotably connected to the housing is configured to engage the hooks when the hooks are in a locked position. An elongate member operably connects the operator mechanism to the block.

摘要： A multi-point lock assembly includes a pair of spaced apart latching members for locking sliding doors, windows or other similar structures. The lock assembly includes a housing rotationally supporting a pair of actuators provided with a plurality of gears arranged in meshed engagement with one another. Rotation of one actuator causes rotation of both actuators in opposite directions, that is, one clockwise and one counterclockwise. Short and long arm assemblies are respectively pivotably connected at their proximal ends to an extended portion of the actuators. The distal end of each arm assembly is guided by a pin received within a track provided in the sidewalls of the housing. The latching members are formed as threaded bolts received within the distal end of each arm assembly. As the actuators are rotated, the distal end of the long and short arm assemblies track along the track within the sidewalls. The shape of the track causes each of the bolts to be displaced vertically and longitudinally along the longitudinal axis of the housing from an unlatched position within the housing to a latched position extending outwardly therefrom. The bolts are adjustable by varying their threaded engagement within the distal ends of the arm assemblies for alignment with the opposing keeper.

The sash window assembly has an upper sash window and a lower sash window slideable within a master frame, the integrated assembly has a keeper adapted to be connected to the upper sash window. A rotor assembly is adapted to be supported by the lower sash window, the rotor assembly having a rotor connected to a spool. A latch bolt is adapted to be supported by the lower sash window and is adapted to engage the master frame. A connector has a first end connected to the spool and a second end connected to the latch bolt. An actuator is connected to the rotor assembly. The actuator has a locked position wherein the rotor engages the keeper. The actuator is moveable to an unlocked position wherein the rotor assembly is disengaged from the keeper, and is further moveable to a tiltable position wherein the connector retracts the latch bolt from the master frame.

摘要： A passive lock assembly is suitable for use with a door mounted to a door frame. The passive lock assembly includes a housing, a bolt, an actuator, and a stop member. The housing is mounted on the door. The bolt extends from the housing and is moveable between an extended position and a retracted position. The actuator is supported by the housing and is operably connected to the bolt. Additionally, the actuator is moveable to move the bolt between the extended position and the retracted position. The stop member is pivotably connected to the housing and pivotable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the stop member engages an engagement surface of the actuator to obstruct movement of the actuator and prevent movement of the bolt to the retracted position, and in the second position, the stop member does not obstruct movement of the actuator.
