To the first multiple control valve an additional attachment valve is operatively connected in a manner that pressurized oil is supplied to the first multiple control valve and the attachment valve from a common oil pump independently through respective conduits. The second multiple control valve is connected to the attachment valve through a conduit to which a remote control valve is disposed thereby to change over flow direction changeover valves contained in the attachment valve and the second multiple control valve to simultaneously operate these valves.

    摘要: Control valve device, in particular for hydraulic systems having high flowates, comprising a housing provided with a bore within which a piston slide means can be displaced from a neutral position with zero-pressure flow to at least one control position, and further comprising at least one pressure passage leading to and at least one discharge passage leading away from the housing bore, said pressure passage and discharge passage being adapted to be interconnected through flow conduits provided in the piston slide means. In known control valve devices of this type, the flow paths for the zero-pressure flow must be very large in the case of high flow rates; when the piston slide means carries out adjusting movements, undesirable jamming forces are caused at said piston slide means which obstruct the adjusting movements, herein avoided by providing the features that within the housing bore the discharge passage orifice is displaced relative to the pressure passage orifice in the longitudinal direction of the bore, that these orifices are diametrically opposed by recesses of the same size, which are each open towards the housing bore and which each have applied thereto the pressure existing in the opposite passage via connection passages provided within the housing or within the piston slide means, and that the piston slide means has provided therein in front of each passage orifice a longitudinally extending pocket bridging the displacement between the passage orifice and a neighboring recess.

    摘要: A valve assembly (16) for use in a fluid system (10) includes a flow control valve (82) which controls fluid flow between a fluid inlet port (34) and a fluid supply passage (36) in response to the load requirements. A main control spool (96) is selectively movable between a neutral position and first and second actuated positions. A load sensing passage (78) communicates a load signal from an actuator (26) to the spring chamber (50) of the flow control valve (82). A drain passage (80) communicates the load sensing passage (78) with the reservoir (14) when the main control spool (96) is in the neutral position. A blocking mechanism (138) blocks the load sensing passage (78) when the main control spool (96) is in the neutral position and opens one of the inlet port (34) and the supply passage (36) to the spring chamber (50) so that the flow control spool (82) is held in an open position. Upon moving the main control spool (96) to one of its actuated positions, the drain passage is blocked from the reservoir (14) and a load pressure signal in the load sensing passage (78) moves the blocking mechanism from the blocking position to an open position and simultaneously closes the communication between the spring chamber (50) and one of the inlet port (34) and supply passage (36). This arrangement provides a system in which the actuator (26) responds more rapidly upon the main valve spool being moved to an actuated position since communication between the inlet port and supply passage is initially unrestricted.

    摘要: A multiple flow and direction control valve connectable to a plurality of separate fluid sources, the valve having a fluid power port and a fluid exhaust port and a first movable valve body being operable to add or subtract the flow rates of a plurality of fluid sources to either the power port or the exhaust port. The valve has a directional control member having two power ports and one exhaust port and being operable in a first position to apply power fluid to one of the power ports, exhaust fluid being returned through the second power port and routed out of the exhaust port and in a second position said power fluid being routed to the other power port and returned through the first power port to the exhaust port. The valve includes modified directional control members which may be stacked to sequentially provide directional control for a plurality of outputs. Both the multiple flow selection portion and the directional control portion provide for a constant fluid flow rate through the valve to either a power port or an exhaust port.

    摘要: The control device for a hydraulically operated load includes a multiway piston valve defining a plurality of working chambers, a plurality of control chambers, a piston having axial and radial bores acting as first choke channels and a control collar cooperating with the control chambers to act as additional choke channels, a piston manometer valve biased by a spring and connected between a pump channel and a return flow channel. A control conduit including at least one choke is connectable via additional choke channels between the pump channel and the return flow channel and has a branch conduit leading to the spring-biased end of the manometer piston. The valve piston is displaceable from its neutral position into an intermediate control position in which in the range of the fine adjustment of the flow the pressure from the load is applied through the control conduit to the manometer piston to provide a load compensated control. In the end control position of the multiway piston the load compensated control is disconnected and maximum through-flow is attained.

    摘要: A hydraulic flow control apparatus is provided which is adapted to provide a constant pressure differential between a pump and an external load. the apparatus includes a housing, and a balance piston slideably mounted therein.
