摘要: A routing method is illustrated. One exemplary embodiment of the routing method includes: determining a signal path between a signal source and a corresponding receiving terminal according to a routing structure of a system power mesh; determining a routing structure of an independent power mesh that is independent from the system power mesh according to the signal path; and performing a routing process according to the determined routing structure of the independent power mesh and the signal path. The system power mesh and the independent power mesh are respectively coupled to different voltage sources.

摘要: Disclosed is an electrostatic discharge protection device, which includes a first-type semiconductor substrate, a first diode including a first first-type well and a first second-type well, a second diode including a second first-type well and a second second-type well, a first isolation structure and a second isolation structure. An upper surface of the first-type semiconductor substrate includes a first region where the first diode is formed, a second region where the second diode is formed and a third region located between the first region and the second region. The first isolation structure is formed on the third region to isolate the first diode from the second diode. The first first-type well is electrically connected to the second second-type well through a metal wire above the first isolation structure. The second isolation structure is located under the first first-type well to isolate the first first-type well from the first region.

摘要: The embodiments of the disclosure provide a space recognition method, an electronic device and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. The method includes the following steps. Sensor data for detecting obstacle positions is obtained from a sensor associated with an electronic device. A plurality of coordinates respectively corresponding to the obstacle positions are generated based on the sensor data. Boundary line information of a space surrounding the electronic device is updated according to the coordinates until an optimization condition is met for each boundary line. A spatial range of the space surrounding the electronic device is identified based on the boundary line information. The spatial range is used to guide a movement of the electronic device.

摘要: A voltage regulator, including an amplifier, a voltage setting circuit and a power transistor, is provided. The amplifier includes a first current source and a second current source. The amplifier has two input terminals to respectively receive a reference voltage and a feedback voltage. The first current source is coupled between the operating power source and an output terminal of the amplifier, and provides a first current to the output terminal. The second current source is coupled between the output terminal and a reference ground terminal, and draws a second current from the output terminal. The voltage setting circuit is coupled to the output terminal, and increases a driving voltage on the output terminal according to the first current in a voltage bypass mode. The power transistor receives the driving voltage and generates an output voltage according to the driving voltage based on the operating power source.
