Abstract:
A method for fabricating liquid crystal panel including providing a first and second substrates, attaching the first substrate to the second substrate with a predetermined gap, fixing the attached first and second substrates in a state bent into the predetermined radius of curvature such that tension can be applied to a predetermined cutting surface of the first substrate, forming a crack on the predetermined cutting surface using a scribing wheel, cutting the substrates by applying mechanical force to the first and the second substrates on which the crack is formed, and injecting liquid crystal into each of cut liquid crystal cells.
Abstract:
A tri-axial bending load testing jig includes a die including first and second supporting axes which upholds opposite sides of a board material, the first and the second supporting axes movable so that an interval therebetween can be adjusted according to a size of the board material, a punch mounted at an upper part of the die movable in a vertical direction to press down a center portion of the board material, a punch setting unit formed in the center of the die to set the center and parallelism of the punch with respect to the first and the second supporting axes and having a punch groove for receiving the punch at the center portion of the die, and a material positioning unit guiding a position of the board material to be put on the first and the second supporting axes, according to the size of the board material.
Abstract:
A wafer bake apparatus includes an air flow control unit of pneumatic cylinder structure operating interlockingly with a wafer lift unit and induces the air flow between a wafer and a hot plate. Therefore, when a wafer is placed in a baking position the air between the wafer and the hot plate descends. As a result, the wafer is no longer under the influence of air resistance, and can be more accurately placed in the baking position. In addition, when the baked wafer is lifted to an unloading position, the air between the hot plate and the wafer ascends, which in turn supports the wafer and prevents the distortion of the wafer.
Abstract:
A flexible printed circuit board is robust to a repeated twisting and consists of a minute circuit printed on a flexible insulated material sheet, and has the bent parts of the opposite edges symmetrical in structure. The bent parts are straightened out when twisting occurs. In the flexible printed circuit board, the opposite edges are longer in length than the middle part such that the tensile deformation at the opposite edges at the time of twisting does not occur or is minimized.
Abstract:
A memory device includes a sense amplifier circuit that is composed of a reference voltage generator, a differential amplifier, and a sensing voltage generator, and a sense amplifier controller that controls an operation of the sense amplifier circuit. The reference voltage generator is enabled depending upon control of the sense amplifier controller before the sensing voltage generator is enabled. As a result, a reference voltage from the reference voltage generator is set to required voltage level, earlier than that from the sensing voltage generator.
