摘要: To provide a modular multiplication method and a calculating device that do not rely on the Montgomery technique, wherein the number of times of multiply-add calculations is reduced to shorten a calculation time for calculation speed-up, there is no limitation in input value, and it is possible to execute a remainder calculation exceeding the calculable maximum bit length of a multiply-add unit that is used. Assuming that N=2n−M and X=α×2n+β, a relation of XmodN=(α×M+β)modN is derived, which is utilized. n represents a maximum bit number where “1” is assigned in N, a solution of 2n+1modN is set as b, A×B is set as X, XmodN is transferred to (X/2n+1×b+Xmod2n+1)modN and further transferred to (X·n/2n+1×b+X·nmod2n+1)modN, calculations of X·n/2n+1×b+X·nmod2n+1 are repeated until a bit length of X·n becomes n+1, X·n−N is derived and a derived result is set as a solution of “A×BmodN”.

摘要: The present invention provides an electronic device with improved characteristics and a method of making the electronic device. In a method of making an electronic device (piezoelectric device) 74 according to the present invention, an outer edge R1 of a piezoelectric film 52A formed on an electrode film 46A of a laminate 60 is located inside an outer edge R2 of the electrode film 46A. For this reason, in removal of a monocrystalline Si substrate 14 from a multilayer board 61, where an etching solution permeates between polyimide 72 and laminate 60, the etching solution circumvents the electrode film 46A before it reaches the piezoelectric film 52A. Namely, a route A of the etching solution to the piezoelectric film 52A is significantly extended by the electrode film 46A. In the method of making the electronic device 74, therefore, the etching solution is less likely to reach the piezoelectric film 52A. It significantly suppresses a situation of dissolution of the piezoelectric film 52A and realizes improvement in characteristics of the piezoelectric device 74 made.

摘要: The width of a particular part (A) of a strip conductor 2 of a wiring circuit board for mounting is reduced, wherein the strip conductor is exposed to form a stripe pattern, so that individual conductor can be connected to electrode E of an electronic component. The particular part (A) is one section in the longitudinal direction of a strip conductor having a long end, which part includes an area overlapping an electrode which is connected to a short end and transferred in parallel in the strip width direction up to the position on the strip conductor having a long end. Due to this constitution, a structure capable of suppressing a short circuit between an electrode and a wiring pattern can be afforded to a wiring circuit board, even to an electronic component having an electrode formed in high-density and in a zigzag arrangement pattern, which comprises an area overlapping an electrode.

摘要: It is to provide an optical element, an optical element molding die, and an optical element manufacturing method, which can easily but surely suppress generation of transcription failure of a resin material and also enables to manufacture an optical element with an excellent optical performance at a low cost while improving the yield. In an optical element formed with a resin material, a gate part is formed on a side face of an optical element main body, and a ratio of the thickness of the gate part with respect to the thickness of an optical function part of the optical element main body is set as 50% or more.
