    Abstract: A variable-gain amplifier and a phased array system are provided. A variable-gain amplifier includes a cascode circuit comprising a first amplification transistor and a second amplification transistor array that are cascaded, the second amplification transistor array comprising a plurality of second amplification transistors connected in parallel and configured to output an adjustable current to an output matching network, the first amplification transistor is a common-source transistor, the plurality of second amplification transistors are common-gate transistors, or the cascode circuit is a common-emitter common-base circuit, the first amplification transistor is a common-emitter amplification circuit, and the second amplification transistor array is a common-base amplification circuit. The variable-gain amplifier further including a variable capacitor circuit coupled to the second amplification transistor array and coupled to the output matching network at first nodes.

The information transmission method may include: sending, by a first communications device, a request message to a network device, to request the network device to schedule a resource for transmission of sidelink information between the first communications device and a second communications device; and further receiving indication information that is used to indicate the resource and that is sent by the network device, and sending the sidelink information to the second communications device on the resource. In the embodiments of this application, reachability of the sidelink information can be ensured.

    Abstract: A communication method and apparatus are disclosed. A first terminal apparatus may receive first data from a second terminal apparatus, and determine a feedback time unit in a channel occupancy time, where the feedback time unit corresponds to the first data. The first terminal apparatus may transmit first feedback information on a first frequency domain resource in the feedback time unit, and transmit second feedback information on a second frequency domain resource. The first feedback information is an acknowledgment or a negative acknowledgment for the first data, the first frequency domain resource is determined based on a time-frequency resource carrying the first data, the first frequency domain resource and the second frequency domain resource belong to a first channel, and the first frequency domain resource and the second frequency domain resource do not overlap.

    Abstract: Example oscillators and oscillator-based apparatus are described. One example oscillator includes: a resonant circuit, configured to generate an oscillator signal; a first cross-coupled transistor, coupled to the resonant circuit; and a power supply circuit, configured to supply a power supply signal for the first cross-coupled transistor based on a first voltage and a second voltage, where the first voltage is a power supply voltage, and the second voltage is a voltage generated by an external sensing circuit. Because an oscillation frequency of the oscillator changes with the power supply signal of the oscillator, the oscillation frequency of the oscillator can be compensated by adjusting the power supply signal.

    Abstract: A third terminal receives control information from a first terminal, where the control information indicates a first resource and a second resource, the first resource carries first data corresponding to the control information, and the second resource is a sending resource reserved by the first terminal; the third terminal determines that the second resource meets a reselection condition; and the third terminal sends indication information to the first terminal, where the indication information indicates to reselect the second resource.     Abstract: This application discloses a linkage apparatus, a camera module, and an electronic device. The linkage apparatus is used in the camera module with continuous zooming, and includes a base, and a first carrier and a second carrier that are slidably connected to the base. A first positioning element is disposed on the base, a first sensing element and a second positioning element are disposed on the first carrier, and a second sensing element is disposed on the second carrier. The first sensing element is disposed opposite to the first positioning element, to detect a location of the first carrier relative to the base. The second sensing element is disposed opposite to the second positioning element, to detect a location of the second carrier relative to the first carrier. A movement relationship between the first carrier and the second carrier is set as an associated movement.
