Abstract:
The present document relates to a wireless communication system and, more particularly, to a data transmission and reception operation between an AP and an STA in a high density wireless LAN system. To this end, the STA receives a beacon frame including downlink frame transmission interval information from the AP, and receives data from the AP through a time interval corresponding to the downlink frame transmission interval information, wherein the data reception from the AP through the time interval corresponding to the downlink frame transmission interval information is processed at a higher priority than the data transmission toward the AP.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for operating based on a power save mode in a wireless LAN. The method for operating based on the power save mode in a wireless LAN may comprise the steps of: switching an STA from a sleep mode to an active mode after the STA has been switched to a power save mode based on a listen interval, to receive a first beacon frame transmitted by an AP; monitoring a frame for the STA transmitted by the AP until a timer started when the STA is switched to the active mode expires, when the first beacon frame indicates data buffered for the STA; and switching the STA to the sleep mode after the timer expires, wherein the timer can be reset when the frame is transmitted.
Abstract:
The present document relates to a wireless communication system and, more particularly, to a method for establishing a wireless channel by an AP in a high-density wireless LAN system and to an apparatus therefor. The AP configured for this purpose can establish a primary channel and one or more secondary channels, establish one or more downlink oriented channels into one or more secondary channels, but without the one or more downlink oriented channels overlapping the primary channel of an adjacent basic service set (BSS), and transmit, to a station connected to the AP, the frame including establishment information on the established one or more downlink oriented channels.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for receiving a downlink frame in a wireless LAN are disclosed. The method and apparatus for receiving a downlink frame in a wireless LAN may comprises the steps of: an STA receiving from an AP a downlink frame via a downlink dedicated channel; and the STA transmitting to the AP a response frame related to the downlink frame via the downlink dedicated channel. The downlink dedicated channel allows transmission only of a contention-free downlink frame by the AP and a response frame by the STA, and restricts transmission of an independent uplink frame by the STA, wherein the independent uplink frame may be an uplink frame other than a response frame among uplink frames that are transmitted from the STA to the AP.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for accessing a channel are disclosed. The method of an STA accessing a channel may comprise the steps of: and STA that is operable in a power-saving mode switching from a sleep state to an active state during a beacon interval; the STA monitoring a channel access parameter frame after being switched to the active state; the STA receiving the channel access parameter frame from an AP, wherein the channel access parameter frame includes EDCA set determining information; and the STA accessing a channel using an EDCA parameter determined on the basis of the EDCA set determining information, wherein the channel access parameter frame can be transmitted at least once between beacon intervals.
Abstract:
Method and device for receiving a data unit are disclosed. A method for receiving a PPDU including a PPDU header and a data field of an STA may comprise the step of: an STA receiving the PPDU header from an AP; the STA determining whether the PPDU transfers a scanning frame on the basis of the PPDU header; and the STA determining whether to decode the data field on the basis of whether to perform a scanning procedure and whether the PPDU transfers the scanning frame.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for performing device-to-device (D2D) communication in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the method comprises the step of discovering, by a first device performing channel hopping and D2D communication, a second device for which a new D2D communication is to be performed, wherein: the first device discovers the second device on the basis of a first channel hopping sequence in a first time interval within a total discovery period which is a channel hopping period, and is configured to perform channel hopping on the basis of a second channel hopping sequence in a second time interval within the total discovery period; and the total discovery period of the first device is determined on the basis of the second channel hopping sequence in the second time interval and the number of repetitions of the second channel hopping sequence.
Abstract:
A method performed by a first STA in a wireless local area network (WLAN) according to various embodiments may comprise transmitting or receiving a TWT setup request message and a TWT setup response message. The first STA may perform a TWT operation on the basis of the TWT setup request message and the TWT setup response message. The TWT setup request message and the TWT setup response message may be transmitted or received through a first link included in multiple links. The first STA may set the first link to be in an awake state in order to perform the TWT operation through the first link.
Abstract:
In a wireless local area network system. a reception multi-link device (MLD) may not transmit a CTS frame, even if the reception multi-link device receives an RTS frame via a second link, in the case that an STA operating via a first link is a TXOP responder.
Abstract:
A transmitting multi-link device (MLD) in a wireless local area network system enables a first station (STA) to perform a back-off operation again without transmitting PPDU, if a second STA is in the middle of receiving even when a back-off counter (BC) of the first STA becomes 0. The first STA and the second STA are included in the same transmitting MLD. The first STA operates on a first link and the second STA operates on a second link. The first and second links are included in a non-simultaneous transmit and receive (NSTR) link pair.
