    摘要： The present Invention relates to a mixture comprising catenary, branched andfor cyclic siloxanes of the general formula (I) where x is 1, 2 or 3, the substituents R are (i) organofunctional groups selected from —CH2—SH, —CH2—S—(CO)—R′, —CH2(O—C2H4)a—OH with a =1 to 10, —CH2(O—C2H4)b—OR′ with b =1 to 40, —(CH2)—NH2, —(CH2)—NHR′, —(CH2)—NR′2, —(CH2)—NH(CH2)2—NH2, —(CH2)—N[(CH2)2—NH2]2 and —(CH2) —NH(CH2)2—NH(CH2)2—NH2, In which R′ is a linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms or an aryl group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms, (ii) hydroxyl, methoxy, ethoxy, 2-methoxyethoxy, isopropoxy, n-propoxy, isobutoxy andfor n-butoxy groupe, and (iii) where appropriate, alkyl, alkenyl, isoalkyl, cycloalkyl or fluorcalkyl groups having 1 to 18 carbon atoms or aryl groups having 6 to 12 carbon atoms, whit the proviso that not more than one organofunctional group (i) is attached per silicon atom, the quotient of the molar ratio of the moiety (ii) to silicon le from I to 2, and the degree of oligornerization for compounds of the general formula I is in the range from 2 to 50. The present invention also relates to a specific process for preparing said siloxane mixtures and also to their use.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a composition acting as coupling agent between fillers and peroxidically crosslinking elastomers in rubber compounds, which comprises, as component comprising silicon compounds, a mixture a) of vinylalkoxysiloxanes with alkylalkoxy-siloxanes, or b) of vinylalkoxysiloxanes with phenylalkoxy-siloxanes, or c) of vinylalkoxysiloxanes with phenyl/alkyl-alkoxysiloxanes or d) of acrylic or methacrylic alkoxysiloxanes with alkylalkoxysiloxanes, or e) of acrylic or methacrylic alkoxysiloxanes with phenylalkoxysiloxanes, or f) of acrylic or methacrylic alkoxysiloxanes with phenyl/alkylalkoxysiloxanes, or g) of at least one co-oligomeric organosiloxane which, as organofunctional groups, bears at least one group from the series vinyl, acrylic and methacrylic, and at least one group from the series alkyl and phenyl, and at least one alkoxy or hydroxy group. The present invention further relates to the use of a composition of the invention as a coupling agent in filled and peroxidically crosslinking rubber compounds, to rubber compounds obtained in this way, and to items made therefrom.

    摘要： An encapsulated flame retardant is made by a process including applying an organic silicon composition to a powder flame retardant. The organic silicon composition is an organofunctional-silane or a mixture of organofunctional silanes, an oligomeric organosiloxane or a mixture of oligomeric organosiloxanes, or a solvent-containing preparation based on monomeric organosilanes and/or on oligomeric organosiloxanes, or a preparation based on water-soluble organopolysiloxanes, or mixtures of any or all of these. These surface-modified flame retardants are used in particular in polymers and polymer compounds, for rendering naturally occurring materials flame retardant, and also for the intumescent coating of combustible materials.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a stable composition of water-soluble organosiloxanes obtained by reacting a) a water-soluble amino-functional alkoxysilane with at least one water-insoluble alkenyl-functional alkoxysilane b) by adding water to form a mixture, and c) removing the alcohol formed during step b) from the mixture, where the amino-functional alkoxysilane and the water are used in the reaction at least in amounts such that substantially all of the alkoxy groups of the water-insoluble silane can react and such that when a resulting composition is diluted with water, essentially no alcohol is liberated by hydrolysis, and the composition, during an/or after the reaction, has a pH of from 2 to 6, the pH being preferably adjusted by adding an organic or inorganic, optionally aqueous, acid. In addition, the present invention discloses a process for the preparation of such a composition and also its use.
