摘要: Ni-based super heat-resistant alloys have a composition in which the equilibrium precipitated amount of a gamma prime phase at 700° C. is 35 mol % or greater, and have grains having a maximum diameter of 75 nm or less in cross-sectional structure. One Ni-based super heat-resistant alloy manufacturing method includes preparing a raw material of a Ni-based super heat-resistant alloy having the aforementioned composition, and performing plastic processing of the raw material a plurality of times at a temperature of 500° C. or less so as to obtain a cumulative processing rate of 30% or greater. Another Ni-based super heat-resistant alloy manufacturing method includes preparing an alloy material having the aforementioned composition, a hardness of 500 HV or greater, and the aforementioned crystal grain maximum diameter, performing plastic processing of the alloy material at a temperature of 500° C. or less, and obtaining an alloy having a hardness of 500 HV or greater.

摘要: A mass flow controller and associated methods for providing indicated flow from the mass flow controller are disclosed. The method may include obtaining a measured flow signal indicative of a mass flow rate of a fluid that is controlled by the mass flow controller and filtering the measured flow signal to generate indicated flow that provides a representation of the actual mass flow rate of the fluid. The indicated flow is provided to an operator of the mass flow controller, and a rate of change of the mass flow rate of the fluid is determined based upon samples of the measured flow signal. A time constant used in connection with the filtering is then adjusted based upon the rate of change of the mass flow rate.

摘要: A recording means records a value of pressure of fluid on a downstream side of a differential pressure generation means during a time period after a flow control valve open and control of a flow rate is started or after the flow control valve is closed and the control of a flow rate is stopped until a measured flow rate becomes stable, and a diagnostic means contrasts a controlled value acquired based in a value of the pressure of the fluid on the downstream side recorded by the recording means, with a controlled value when abnormality has not occurred, and diagnoses that abnormality has occurred in the flow meter when a difference between the both controlled values exceeds a threshold. Thereby, a mass flow controller and a diagnostic method which can simply diagnose generation of abnormality in a differential pressure type flow meter without requiring time only for performing the diagnosis.

摘要: Mass flow controllers and methods for controlling mass flow rates are disclosed. A mass flow controller includes a pressure value measurement means that measures one or two or more pressure values derived from pressure P1 of fluid on an upstream side of a pressure difference generate means and pressure P2 of the fluid on a downstream side of the pressure difference generate means, an acceleration means accelerates time variation of the obtained pressure values, a flow meter calculates a flow rate of the fluid based on a pressure value obtained according to the accelerated time variation (accelerated pressure value), and a flow control valve controls the flow rate of the fluid based on the calculated flow rate.
