Abstract:
A case for carrying and mounting an image system in a car includes a first case member for accommodating an image reproducing device therein, a second case member for accommodating a display device therein, a fastening device for selectively fastening the second case member to a top portion of the first case member, and one or more mounting straps for detachably mounting the first case member to a seat in the car. The first case member has an opening formed at the top portion thereof and an edge of the second case member is rotatably connected to the top portion of the first case member, so that the second case member selectively opens or closes the opening. The mounting straps are connected to the first case member.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for forming a bit line of a semiconductor device which can easily perform a contact process of the semiconductor device, by forming parallel rows of I-shaped active regions, a plug poly and a ladder-type bit line. The spacing between adjacent active regions is maintained at the minimum line width. Two word lines of minimum line width and separated by the minimum line width are formed on the active region. The word lines are perpendicular to the active regions. A plug poly is formed on the active region between the word lines. A bit line contact plug is formed over the plug poly and a device isolation region. A bit line of minimum line width contacts the bit line contact plug and aligned generally parallel to the word lines is formed in a ladder-type configuration. That is, one side the lower portion of the contact plug contacts the plug poly, and the upper portion of the other side of the contact plug contacts the bit line. As a result, a storage electrode contact process may be performed using a self aligned method.
Abstract:
A tactile feedback apparatus using an electromagnetic attraction for a remote control robot employs tactile data obtained during operation between a gripper attached to a robot arm of an externally controlled robot and the gripper's target so as to be transferred to an operator stationed in a central control room, thereby enabling the robot system to effectively carry out sophisticated tasks. The tactile feedback apparatus enables a successive tactile control by use of an electromagnetic attraction, and an array type fabrication, and by optimizing a production design to broaden a tactile feedback area, there may be provided a small tactile feedback device for representing a relatively improved tactility per unit, and further by aligning the tactile feedback devices in a 5.times.5 array mode on a skin of 15.times.15 mm.sup.2, there is obtained a contact location thereof.

Abstract:
An embodiment of Horizontal and Vertical Axis Wind Generator (HVAWG) concept with rotating big and small wings, magnetic coils, and magnetic field magnets attached to the wings. The generator motors use the generator motor coils, the generator motor magnets, magnetic field coils and magnetic field magnets to help produce the power using the repulsive characters of the same magnetic poles. Also, both the outside and the inside parts of the generator motors rotate while the inside parts of the generator motors rotate in the traditional wind generators.
Abstract:
A golf putting apparatus is presented. The apparatus includes a putter with a shaft and a club head, wherein the club head has a center section carved out to form an opening. The bottom of the opening may be defined by a connector. When used with the opening uncovered, this putter provides the golfer with immediate feedback on his/her swing, such as whether the ball would have contacted the sweet spot of the club had the opening been closed, how hard the ball was hit, and which part of the ball was hit. A club face may be attached across the opening to “close” the opening so the putter may be used in a game.
Abstract:
A vertically integrated circuit device can include a substrate having a first region reserved for first functional circuits of the vertically integrated circuit device, where the first functional circuits has a substantially constant top surface level across the first region and having a second region reserved for second functional circuits of the vertically integrated circuit device and spaced apart from the first region. The second functional circuits can have a varied top surface level across the second region. A doped oxidation suppressing material can be included in the substrate and can extend from the first region to the second region at an interface of the substrate with the first functional circuits and the second functional circuits, respectively.
Abstract:
A golf putting apparatus that is portable and designed to enhance a golfer's skill level is presented. The apparatus includes a strip made of a flexible material and a carrier unit configured to detachably couple with the strip, the carrier unit having a first wall around which the strip is wound for storage, the first wall defining a cavity that is configured to hold a ball.
Abstract:
A method for calculating a spacing between antenna elements of an interferometer array antenna includes setting an azimuth of an instantaneous field of view and a distance between phase differences, and obtaining the number of phase difference lines and phase difference vectors with respect to the phase differences of the signals output in a phase comparator of a direction finder, performing a modular arithmetic for the phase difference vectors to obtain phase difference matrixes, obtaining a transformation matrix for linearly transforming the phase difference matrixes and performing the linear transformation using the transformation matrix, calculating a distance between the phase differences on a new axis generated by the linear transformation, and calculating an antenna spacing as an array spacing of the array antenna, the antenna spacing meeting that the distance between the phase differences is greater than a desired distance between phase differences.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to a wireless communication system. Particularly, the present invention is directed to a method and an apparatus of transmitting an ACK/NACK (acknowledgement/negative ACK) signal by a user equipment in a wireless communication system, which includes receiving a plurality of data units from a base station, bundling ACK/NACK results for a plurality of the data units per time or frequency interval to obtain at least one bundled ACK/NACK result, performing ACK/NACK multiplexing over the at least one ACK/NACK result to determine an uplink resource for ACK/NACK transmission and a bit sequence, and transmitting the bit sequence to the base station via the uplink resource for the ACK/NACK transmission.
