Abstract: A soft wipe article is provided comprising a wet-laid sheet which comprises cellulosic fibers and cellulose ester staple fibers, wherein the cellulose ester staple fibers are present in an amount sufficient to provide the wet laid-sheet with a lower density and higher thickness at a given basis weight compared to a 100% Cellulose Comparative composition, when processed under similar conditions. The cellulose ester staple fibers can also provide the wet laid-sheet with a higher softness, while maintaining or increasing tear strength, compared to a 100% Cellulose Comparative composition, when processed under similar conditions.

Abstract: Containers and lids made from cellulose fibers and cellulose ester fibers are provided that have enhanced air permeability, stiffness, R-heat insulation values, or thickness at equivalent grammage basis weights are provided, or alternatively, maintaining one or more of these properties while lowering the basis weight of the containers or lids. The container and lids with this synthetic fiber can be biodegradable when made with cellulose ester fibers having a degree of substitution of not more than 2.5. Examples of such containers are food packaging such as hot or cold delivery boxes.

Abstract: A hydrocarbon cracker stream is combined with recycle content pyrolysis oil to form a combined cracker stream and the combined cracker stream is cracked in a cracker furnace to provide an olefin-containing effluent. The r-pyoil can be fed to the cracker feed. Alternatively, the r-pyoil with a predominantly c8+ fraction can be fed to the cracker feed. The furnace can be a gas fed furnace, or split cracker furnace.

Abstract: Processes and systems for making recycle content hydrocarbons, including olefins, are provided that integrate a cracker unit with one or more other processing units. For example, in some cases, a fluidized catalytic cracking unit may be used to crack recycle content pyrolysis oil and the effluent from the FCC may be further processed in a conventional cracker unit, including its downstream separation zone, to provide recycle content hydrocarbon product stream. In other cases, a pyrolysis unit and cracking unit may be co-located and may share at least one utility, service group, boundary, conduit, energy exchange zone, and/or geographical area.

Furan-2,5-dicarboxylic acid (FDCA) and an alcohol in an esterification zone to generate a crude diester stream containing dialkyl furan dicarboxylate (DAFD), unreacted alcohol, 5-(alkoxycarbonyl) furan-2-carboxylic acid (ACFC), and alkyl furan-2-carboxylate (AFC). The esterification zone comprises at least one reactor that has been previously used in an DMT process.

Abstract: Olefins are made by passing a cracker stream through a convection section of a cracker furnace; introducing steam and a stream comprising a recycle content pyrolysis oil into the cracker stream to form a combined stream, and the steam, r-pyoil stream, or both are introduced downstream of the inlet to the convection section, such as between the inlet to the coils and the radiant zone, or at the cross-over. Additionally, dilution steam can be added to a stream of r-pyrolysis to form a steam-diluted r-pyoil stream which is then introduced into a cracker furnace at any location, such as downstream of the inlets to the convection box or at a cross-over.
