Abstract:
Information sending and receiving methods and apparatuses, and an information transmission system are disclosed, which are used to resolve a problem in the prior art that cell-edge UE cannot accurately receive information sent by eNBs. The method includes: acquiring, by at least two eNBs, information to be delivered to UE; scrambling, by using a same scrambling code, the information to be delivered to the UE; and delivering scrambled information to the UE at a same moment.
Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of communications, and discloses a cell handover method and a device. The method includes: determining, by a first base station to which a primary carrier cell belongs and according to a measurement report sent by user equipment UE, whether soft handover needs to be performed for the UE; if soft handover needs to be performed for the UE, transferring, by the first base station, a radio bearer RB between the first base station and the UE to a second base station to which a secondary carrier cell belongs; and selecting, by the first base station, a target cell according to the measurement report, and handing over the UE to a target base station to which the target cell belongs. The present invention can avoid service interruption caused when cell handover is performed for UE.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a service indication processing method and an apparatus, where the method includes: receiving, by user equipment UE, a system message sent by a base station corresponding to a legacy carrier type LCT cell, where the system message includes information about a new carrier type NCT frequency and information that is about a service area identity of a multimedia broadcast multicast service MBMS SAI and corresponds to the information about the NCT frequency; and performing, by the UE according to the system message, indication processing on an MBMS service that is being received or of interest. The technical solutions of the present invention can ensure continuity of receiving, by the UE, an MBMS service of an NCT cell.
Abstract:
A method and system for accessing a network are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes that: terminals in a same group execute random number synchronization; when an arbitrary first terminal in the group initiates network access, terminals in the group except the first terminal monitor the access of the first terminal according to the synchronized random number; after monitoring that the first terminal accesses network successfully, the terminals in the group except the first terminal initiate network access by using Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection uplink resources which are allocated to the group by the network. The technical solution of the present invention can reduce the signaling overhead for establishing signaling connection and data bearing.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a paging method and device. The method includes: obtaining, by a core network element, cell type information supported by a terminal; and sending, by the core network element, a paging message to a base station, where the paging message carries the cell type information supported by the terminal or a cell identity determined according to the cell type information supported by the terminal, so that the base station sends a paging message to a cell corresponding to the cell type information supported by the terminal or a cell corresponding to the cell identity. Embodiments of the present invention can reduce system energy overheads.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a machine to machine service management device, a network device, a method processing service and system. An MSMC is added between an MTC server and a 3GPP network to perform service processing, and during the service processing, after a trigger receiving unit in the MSMC receives a triggering request message, a session establishing unit establishes a corresponding service session according to information of a requested group service, and a request sending and establishing unit sends a service request to a BM/SC device to establish a corresponding service session and establish a link with an MTC device. Therefore, security of a network system of the MTC application is improved.
Abstract:
A UE paging method, a base station, and a UE are disclosed. The method includes receiving, by the base station, a paging message that is used for paging the UE and delivered by a core network side, where the paging message includes an eDRX cycle that serves as a first parameter, and a second parameter used for identifying a quantity of super frames for which a normal state lasts in the eDRX cycle; calculating, by the base station according to a UE identifier of the UE, the first parameter, and the second parameter, a super frame used for paging the UE; and if it is determined that a current super frame matches with the super frame used for paging the UE, that is, the current super frame is in a normal state, delivering, by the base station, the paging message to the UE in the current super frame.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for controlling packet access, a network side device, a terminal device and a communication system. The method includes: generating an access trigger message, where the access trigger message carries a temporary mobile group identity TMGI allocated to a user equipment UE; and sending the access trigger message to packet trigger an access operation of the UE for the TMGI. In the embodiments of the present invention, the group identity TMGI already existing in an MBMS can be used as the group identity of packet triggering UE access, and the access trigger message carrying the TMGI can be correspondingly generated and sent so as to trigger an access operation of the UE belonging to the TMGI, thereby implementing the function of the packet triggering user access.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a group call method, device and terminal, belonging to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: calculating, according to the load of a RAN device, the number of subgroups in a group maintained by the RAN device; and send a paging message carrying relevant information of the number of the subgroups, so that a terminal receiving the paging message determines, according to relevant information of the number of the subgroups, whether to respond to the paging message. The device is a RAN device or a CN device. The terminal includes a receiving module and a processing module. In the present invention, the number of paging groups and an in-group terminal being paged are determined dynamically without requiring a core network to maintain subgroup information, thereby greatly saving subgroup maintaining resources as well as signaling and processing resources.
