摘要: Embodiments of an apparatus that uses unused masked data bits during an access to a memory are described. This apparatus includes a selection circuit, which selects data bits to be driven on data lines during the access to the memory. This selection circuit includes a control input that receives a data mask signal, which indicates whether a set of data bits is to be masked during the access to the memory. During the access to the memory, the selection circuit selects either the set of data bits to be driven when the data mask signal is not asserted, or an alternative set of values to be driven when the data mask signal is asserted.

摘要: The problem of misting in printing inks may be cured by using as the oligomer in an energy-curable printing ink a radiation-curable acrylate-modified aminoamide resin which is the Michael addition product of a polyol ester having at least two (meth)acrylate ester groups with an aminoamide thermoplastic polymer, the aminoamide thermoplastic polymer being the reaction product of a polyamine with an acid component which comprises a polymerised unsaturated fatty acid and a C2-C22 fatty acid, from 1 to 25% of the acid functionality forming the aminoamide polymer being said C2-C22 fatty acid, the resin being liquid at 25° C.

摘要: A slide bar assembly is provided having slide bar supporting a bracket assembly that is suitable to retain a handheld showerhead. A brake assembly releasably couples the bracket assembly to the slide bar via a user-actuated trigger in order allow the user to adjust the height of the showerhead by pressing the trigger. The slide bar assembly further includes a wall mounting assembly that is configured to connect the slide bar to the shower wall.

摘要: A core splitter (10) comprises a through in which a core support (30) is carried. A cutting head (200) carries a rotary cutting tool (224) which is contained within a cowling. The trough contains a water bath (372) in which the core (360) is located below the water level so that the cutting operation take place in the water. A settling tank (140) is provided at one end of the trough so that any cuttings are moved to the setting tank (140).

摘要: The present invention relates to photoconductive elements having an electrically conductive support, an electrical barrier layer and, disposed over the barrier layer, a charge generation layer capable of generating positive charge carriers when exposed to actinic radiation. The electrical barrier layer, which restrains injection of positive charge carriers from the conductive support, comprises a crosslinker, a crosslinkable condensation polymer having as a repeating unit a planar, electron-deficient, tetracarbonylbisimide group.

摘要: The invention deals with methods for assembly and disassembly, especially suitable for assembly and disassembly by a computer. In relation to assembly, a component (10) is positioned in assembly (70) in accordance with a proposed position. The composent (10) is confirmed as being in its correct spatial position in the assembly (70) by sensing means (38) or (46) capable of sensing spatial relationship and/or connection of the component (10) in relation to the assembly (70). Information regarding the sensed spatial relationship and/or connection is communicated to information processing means. A method for disassembly is also disclosed. The assembly and disassembly methods may require steps to be taken in a chosen sequence. The component (10) itself is also described, as is an improved assembly system which includes the component (10) together with information processing means.

摘要: Disclosed is a method, system and program product for performing multiple-pel print quality enhancement (PQE) using amplitude modulation. A determination is made of an adjusted peak amplitudes value of each pel of an image. At least two adjacent pels are then grouped together and a determination is made of a peak amplitudes value that will serve as a gray amplitude value for each pel in the pel group. Also determined is position information indicating the alignment of the peak amplitudes within the combined area. The combined peak amplitudes and position information is sent as input to an amplitude modulator operating at a speed equal to the video data rate of the printer divided by the number of pels for which the peak amplitudes data is combined.
