    摘要: An integrated fluid management system is provided with capability to deliver precise flow rate and fluid dosing capability over a wide range of operator set parameters. A magnetically actuated pump head is low cost, affords simple installation, and may be disposable. Multiple pump heads may be docked to a single drive module or control module to provide concurrent metering of multiple fluids and to maintain precise volume ratio of the multiple fluids to one another. The magnetic pump head may be integrated with radio frequency Identification devices (RFID) and Hall Effect Sensors to provide customized control and fail safe operation.

    摘要: A first fluid is moved using a second fluid. The first fluid may be moved using a ferrofluid attracted by an electromagnetic field. The electromagnetic field may be generated by an electromagnetic source connected to a conduit, and the first fluid may move through the conduit. In an embodiment, the first fluid may absorb heat from a heat source and transfer the heat to a heat sink. For example, the heat source may be a component of a tool located in a wellbore, and the heat sink may be the wellbore. In an embodiment, the electromagnetic source may be one or more three-phase coils.

The leaf spring unit includes a leaf spring having a first rim fixed to a compressor body, a first hub arranged on an inner side of the first rim and mounted on the reciprocating member and a resilient arm part movably supporting the first hub with respect to the first rim, and an auxiliary spring having a second rim fixed to the compressor body, a second hub arranged on an inner side of the second rim and mounted on the reciprocating member and an auxiliary spring part supported in a form of cantilever on the second rim and the second hub. The leaf spring is arranged between auxiliary springs, and the auxiliary spring part opposes the resilient arm part.

    摘要: An electromagnetic pump including a reciprocating piston in a cylinder; an electromagnetic portion that moves the piston forward; a first biasing member that moves the piston backward; a support member that supports the first biasing member and defines a pump chamber together with the cylinder and the piston; an intake valve that is incorporated into the support member, is connected to an intake port and prohibits hydraulic fluid from moving in reverse; and a discharge valve that is connected to a discharge port and prohibits the hydraulic fluid from moving in reverse. The intake valve includes a ball, an opening portion of the intake port, and a second biasing member that presses the ball against the opening portion from a side opposite to a direction in which the hydraulic fluid moves. In the opening member, an inner peripheral surface that receives the ball is formed in a taper shape.

    摘要: Valveless piston pumps are disclosed that are magnetically driven, thereby eliminating a troublesome dynamic seal used on conventional valveless piston pumps. An exemplary embodiment includes a housing defining a bore having a bore axis. A piston is situated in the bore so as to be movable in the bore in a reciprocating manner along the bore axis and in a rotational manner about the bore axis. A magnet is situated in the bore and is coupled to the piston. The magnet is engageable magnetically with a magnet-driving device configured to cause the magnet, and thus the piston, to move in the reciprocating manner and in the rotational manner. An exemplary magnet-driving device is a stator assembly.
