Abstract:
A piezo valve actuated by an electric voltage. The piezo valve includes a valve body having at least one port for introducing a fluid therethrough, an internal chamber communicating with the port, at least one valve seat for allowing the fluid to pass therethrough, and a circuit board for supplying an electric voltage; a valve unit opening or closing the valve seat of the valve body; a piezo plate bending-strained to either of opposite sides in response to the electric voltage supplied from the circuit board, thus moving the valve unit; and a fastener fastening an end of the piezo plate to the valve body in a state in which a position of the piezo plate can be adjusted. Because the end of the piezo plate is fastened by the fastener, it is possible to fasten the piezo plate in a state in which the fastened position of the piezo plate can be adjusted.
Abstract:
A single content region in a chat history display is used to display entries representative of a plurality of messages corresponding to all chat histories for all of chat threads currently engaged in by a given mobile terminal. Additionally, a buddy list display supports management of chat buddies, a detail view display allows otherwise truncated messages to be displayed, and a text message editor display supports the composition of text messages. Each chat user may designate public display identifiers for purposes of identification to other chat users. Additionally, each user may designate private display identifiers for each of his/her buddies, which private display identifiers may be used to replace the public display identifiers for that user's buddies when displayed on the user's mobile terminal. In this manner, the use of speech and text based group chatting and similar services in wireless communication environments is more readily enabled.

Systems and methods for automatically adjusting the orientation of one or more mirrors present on a motorized vehicle are responsive to the spatial position of a component of a driver seat present in such motorized vehicle and the vehicle's primary rear-view mirror.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a biosensor for selectively performing quantitative analysis on a specific substance contained in a biological sample and a readout meter using the same. The inventive biosensor comprises an electrode for recording identification information of the biosensor thereon. The electrode has an electrode pattern and a plurality of contact points formed thereon according to the identification information, and the identification information is recorded on the electrode based on the ratio of resistances between the plurality of contact points. According to the present invention, various items of identification information such as in formation on recognition of electrical connection between the contact points of the biosensor and a readout meter, the kind of a target substance, measurement conditions, production information of the biosensor, analysis information of the target substance, user information, available meter information and the like are automatically recognized by the readout meter through the electrodes.
Abstract:
An upper frame for construction equipment mounted to swing on a lower driving structure is provided, in which fixing pins for supporting a boom and a boom cylinder are coupled to left and right side plates that are welded on a base plate to face each other, and a plate-shaped joint connection plate is welded on the left and right side plates and the base plate, so as to support the left and right side plates by exhibiting the rigidity and flexibility against load being transferred to the fixing pins through a working device during working. The upper frame includes a base plate on which a driving means for swing the upper frame is mounted, left and right side plates vertically welded on the base plate to face each other and composed of inner and outer vertical plates to which a boom and a boom cylinder are rotatably fixed by fixing pins, respectively, and a joint connection plate having both sides welded on inner sides of the inner vertical plates and a lower end part welded on the base plate and supporting the left and right side plates by exhibiting rigidity and flexibility when reaction load from the boom is generated on the fixing pins due to load generated on the working device during working.
Abstract:
A method of extrusion molding a prism film and a prism film manufactured by the same, the method including providing a molten film, simultaneously forming a prism pattern and an embossed pattern on opposite surfaces of the molten film by passing the molten film through a gap between a prism roll and an emboss roll, and cooling the molten film having the prism pattern and the embossed pattern on opposite surfaces thereof.
Abstract:
A system and a method for detecting the eyes of a driver of a vehicle using a single camera. The method includes determining a set of positional parameters corresponding to a driving seat of the vehicle. The camera is positioned at a pre-determined location inside the vehicle, and a set of parameters corresponding to the camera is determined. The location of the driver's eyes is detected using the set of positional parameters, an image of the driver's face and the set of parameters corresponding to the camera.
