Abstract: A portable object includes a near-field communication device. The communication device includes an electronic chip provided with two terminals connected to an electrical circuit including an antenna and a filter. The communication device is provided to receive and transmit at a defined frequency corresponding to the resonance frequency of the electrical circuit. The portable object includes a control element which is able to be displaced between two predefined positions, i.e. an active position in which the communication device is activated and a passive position in which the communication device is deactivated. The electrical circuit includes, furthermore, a bypass branch provided with a mechanical switch which is able to switch between an open state and a closed state in response to a displacement of the control element from one to the other of its predefined positions causing a modification in the resonance frequency of the electrical circuit.

Abstract: The present invention concerns regulating members for a mechanical timepiece, specifically a system based on the magnetic interaction between a resonator, in the form of a tuning fork for example, and an escape wheel, called a “magnetic escapement”. The system is characterized in that there are several areas of magnetic interaction between the resonator and the escape wheel which are arranged such that the torques produced at the escape wheel by these interactions compensate each other if the escape wheel is not synchronized at the frequency of the resonator. This results in negligible torque in the escape wheel when the latter rotates slowly in the direction of the arrow or the opposite direction. This allows the timepiece to start with a low mainspring torque and without any start procedure or device and provides better resistance of the timepiece against a loss of synchronization in the event of a shock.

Abstract: In the case of the process for secure access to a determined space, it is provided that after activation of the wearable object, a first coded signal is transmitted from the access or unlocking device, this first coded signal is received in the object and a coded response signal is transmitted with synchronisation to the device after a defined time of transmission. A processing of the coded response signal converted in the processing unit of the device is conducted in order to check the defined time delay and the response code of the wearable object and to determine the flight times of the signals between the device and the wearable object. The distance separating the wearable object and the access or unlocking device is thus calculated to authorise access to the determined space if the calculated distance is below a determined threshold after recognition of the wearable object.
