Abstract: A membrane electrode assembly that can enhance power generation performance, and a polymer electrolyte fuel cell. The membrane electrode assembly for use in a polymer electrolyte fuel cell according to an aspect of the present invention includes a polyelectrolyte membrane, a fuel electrode-side electrocatalyst layer, and an oxygen electrode-side electrocatalyst layer. The fuel electrode- and oxygen electrode-side electrocatalyst layers and contain voids which include pores having a diameter in the range of 3 nm or more and 5.5 μm or less. When the integrated pore volume for all the pores in the fuel electrode- and oxygen electrode-side electrocatalyst layers and is a first integrated volume, the value obtained by dividing the first integrated volume by the mass of the catalytic material contained in both of the electrocatalyst layers is in the range of 2.8 or more and 4.5 or less.

Abstract: To obtain a decorative sheet having excellent fingerprint resistance of the decorative sheet surface, a decorative plate, and a method for producing a decorative sheet. A decorative sheet includes: a primary film layer; a colored pattern layer provided on one surface of the primary film layer; and a first surface protective layer provided on the surface on the side opposite to the primary film layer of the colored pattern layer, having a core part and ridge-like parts provided to project in a ridge-like shape from one surface of the core part, and having an irregular shape formed on the surface. The first surface protective layer of the decorative sheet is formed by irradiating a surface of an applied ionizing radiation curable resin with a first ionizing radiation having energy capable of cleaving a polymer chain of the ionizing radiation curable resin, to shrink the surface of the ionizing radiation curable resin, and form an irregular shape on the surface of the ionizing radiation curable resin, and irradiating the shrunk ionizing radiation curable resin with a second ionizing radiation curing the ionizing radiation curable resin to cure the ionizing radiation curable resin.

Abstract: A reaction container includes a transparent base including a resin material and having recessed portions formed in one or more regions of the transparent base such that the recessed portions are recessed from a surface of the transparent base, and a cover member including a thermoplastic resin material and positioned on the transparent base such that the cover member forms a flow path including a gap extending over the recessed portions between the cover member and the surface of the transparent base and has a spacer portion welded by laser irradiation to the transparent base outside the one or more regions of the transparent base. The cover member absorbs infrared light and transmits light having a wavelength within a range of visible light such that the cover member has light transmittance in the range of from 480 nm to 570 nm.
