摘要： A sending apparatus transmits a call to a receiving apparatus to send image data. If a response from the receiving apparatus to the call indicates that the receiving apparatus is in a non-receivable status, the sending apparatus secures a communication channel for sending the image data to the receiving apparatus until the receiving apparatus sends a notification that the receiving apparatus has shifted to a receivable status. A receiving apparatus notifies a sending apparatus of a non-receivable status, when the receiving apparatus receives a call to send image data from the sending apparatus while it is in the non-receivable status.

摘要： The present invention provides a heat conductive silicone rubber composite sheet that is suitable as a heat dissipating member provided between a heat generating electronic component and a heat dissipating component such as a heat dissipating fin, wherein the heat conductive silicone rubber composite sheet has a laminated structure with good electrical insulation and thermal conductivity, as well as excellent strength, flexibility, and particularly superior interlayer adhesion. The laminated structure has an intermediate layer and a pair of outer layers laminated to both surfaces of the intermediate layer, wherein (A) the intermediate layer is a layer of a synthetic resin film that displays heat resistance and electrical insulation, and (B) the outer layers are silicone rubber layers formed by curing a composition including (a) an organopolysiloxane, (b) a curing agent, (c) a heat conductive filler, and (d) a silicon compound-based adhesion imparting agent with at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of epoxy groups, alkoxy groups, vinyl groups, and the group represented by the formula Si—H.

摘要： There are provided an image forming apparatus, an image forming system, and a sheet feeding source designation control method, which are capable of preventing a user from failing to carry out proper settings to thereby avoid printing using an undesired sheet cassette, and also capable of allowing a user to change to another type of sheet feeding than manual feeding immediately if he or she desires to do so, and storage media storing programs for executing the methods. The size of at least one sheet for manual feeding can be designated by a device or a job. It is determined whether or not a manual feed tray can be designated as a sheet feeding source if the sheet size is designated by the device or the job, and the manual feed tray is designated as the sheet feeding source when it is so determined. A sheet selecting screen is displayed on a screen for allowing a user to confirm or change the designation of the manual feed tray as the sheet feeding source upon completion of the designation, if the size is designated by the device or the job.
