Abstract: The present invention discloses a channel state information CSI reporting method and apparatus, and a base station antenna. In the method, at least one precoding matrix is selected from a codebook based on a reference signal sent by a base station, and CSI is sent to the base station. The CSI includes at least one selected precoding matrix indicator PMI, and the PMI is corresponding to the selected at least one precoding matrix. At least one precoding matrix W included in the codebook may be expressed as W=W1W2, where is a Kronecker product, and at least one of W1 or W2 is an antenna selection matrix. Therefore, in embodiments of the present invention, the base station can select, according to the at least one precoding matrix that is fed back, one or more antenna ports to send a signal.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a control information sending method, receiving method, and device. The control information sending method includes: determining a first subframe of a first radio frame on a first carrier, where the first subframe includes a control region; sending control information in the control region of the first subframe of the first radio frame to a user equipment, where the control information includes a PDCCH; and sending an ePDCCH in a second subframe of the first radio frame lo the user equipment. According to the embodiments of the present invention, when control information borne on an ePDCCH cannot be sent in a first radio frame, a PDCCH can still be sent to a user equipment through a control region in a first subframe, thereby achieving purposes of performing uplink/downlink scheduling for the user equipment and downlink feedback for uplink data of the user equipment.

Abstract: A method for determining a precoding matrix indicator, user equipment, and a base station are disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method for acquiring information of access resources, a terminal device, and a base station. A terminal device detects a synchronization signal of a cell to be accessed by the terminal device. The terminal device further receives a broadcast channel of the cell on a broadcast channel resource. The terminal device then determines a resource on which the cell is located according to resource indication information carried in the broadcast channel. The broadcast channel resource corresponds to an actual access resource, and the synchronization signal is detected on the actual access resource. The actual access resource is one of a plurality of candidate access resources of the cell. The resource indication information indicates a location relationship between the actual access resource and the resource on which the cell is located.

According to the method, the user equipment and the base station for determining PMI, because the non-constant modulus precoding matrix included in the adopted codebook can adjust the shape of a beam, antennas may focus power on a hotspot region, and thus a load balance may be effectively realized.
