摘要: A focusing apparatus for performing the switching operation between the automatic focuse mode and the manual command focuse mode. The focusing apparatus includes a selection circuit which is provided between an automatic focusing circuit and a manual command focusing circuit for selectively deriving first or second drive signals therefrom so that either of the first or second drive signals is supplied to a drive device for allowing the movement of a focusing lens in the optical axis directions. The manual command focusing circuit is arranged to generate the second drive signal in response to a manipulation of a switch device, the output of which is also coupled to the selection circuit so that the switching operation is effected in accordance therewith. Also included in the focusing apparatus is a timing delay circuit coupled to the switch device so that the generation of the second drive signal is interrupted for a predetermined time period after the switching operation is effected between the automatic focuse mode and manual command focuse mode. This ensures the prevention of production of an undesired image on the switching operation.

摘要: At least a solid-state imaging device and one or a plurality of bare ICs that are disposed on the back face or on the back face side of the solid-state imaging apparatus and serve as peripheral circuits are provided. The bare ICs are sealed by a resin. A circuit board may be interposed between the solid-state imaging device and the bare ICs, or the solid-state imaging device and the ICs are directly bonded together. According to another aspect, IC chips and other parts as peripheral circuits of a solid-state imaging device are disposed on the inner surface, mainly the ceiling surface, of a light-shielding case. According to a further aspect, a solid-state imaging apparatus for photoelectrically converting, with an imaging device, an image formed by introducing imaging light into the inside of the apparatus is provided with a package having a dark space in itself and accommodating the imaging device in the dark space, and a pinhole for introducing imaging light into the dark space and forming an image of an imaging object on the imaging face of the imaging device.

The image pickup apparatus also includes an image synthesizer to synthesize these compensates images xL′ (i, j) and xS′ (i, j) to produce a single synthetic image x (i, j). A dynamic range compressor also included in the image pickup apparatus compresses the synthetic image x (i, j) to produce a compressed image y (i, j) for delivery to outside.

摘要: A cup-shaped sleeve is made mainly of a resin and has an end where a plurality of pieces of a permanent magnet are insert-molded. An auxiliary ring made mainly of a resin is provided along an inner peripheral surface of the cup-shaped sleeve other than an inner peripheral surface thereof where the permanent magnet is provided. The auxiliary ring has its inner peripheral surface identical to the inner peripheral surface of the permanent magnet or located outside relative to the inner peripheral surface of the permanent magnet. When the cup-shaped sleeve is resin-molded, the resin which is a component of the cup-shaped sleeve is prevented from shrinking inward. Therefore, contact between the resin supporting the permanent magnet and the cylinder is prevented. Accordingly, a linear drive device is obtained in which the reciprocation of the piston is prevented from being hindered.
