    摘要: A device includes a substrate having a first surface. A piezoelectric nanowire is disposed on the first surface of the substrate. The piezoelectric nanowire has a first end and an opposite second end. The piezoelectric nanowire is subjected to an amount of strain. A first Schottky contact is in electrical communication with the first end of the piezoelectric nanowire. A second Schottky contact is in electrical communication with the second end of the piezoelectric nanowire. A bias voltage source is configured to impart a bias voltage between the first Schottky contact and the second Schottky contact. A mechanism is configured to measure current flowing through the piezoelectric nanowire. The amount of strain is selected so that a predetermined current will flow through the piezoelectric nanowire when light of a selected intensity is applied to a first location on the piezoelectric nanowire.

In some examples, methods for detecting network model data errors may include splitting a network model into a first plurality of portions, executing an algorithm on each of the portions, identifying a portion for which the algorithm is determined to be non-converged, splitting the identified portion into a second plurality of portions, repeating the executing, identifying and splitting the identified portion until a resulting identified portion is smaller than a predefined threshold, and examining the resulting identified portion to identify plausible data errors therein. In some examples, examining the resulting identified portion to identify plausible data errors therein may include executing a modified algorithm, which may include an augmented measurement set, on the identified portion.

    摘要: A circuit and method for debouncing an electrical signal are disclosed. A representative embodiment of the present invention may be set to remove (i.e., filter) noise or glitches in the low and high portions of an input signal, where the width of the noise or glitches while in the high or low state may be set using a programming interface. The filtering is done in a manner that results in a clean, debounced output signal having a low portion approximately equal to the low portion of the input signal, and a high portion approximately equal to the high portion of the input signal. Noise or glitches of less than programmable high or low glitch widths are filtered from the input signal and do not appear in the output signal.

    摘要: An electronic system is configurable to accommodate either of a mechanical air mover and an EHD air mover within an enclosure. At least one of a plurality of electronic components is selectively configurable to alternately accommodate the mechanical air mover or the EHD air mover within the enclosure. The mechanical fan or EHD is positioned to motivate air flow along a air flow path between inlet and outlet ventilation boundaries of the enclosure. A connector for a respective one of the electronic components allows for selective configuration in an alternate orientation of the respective one of the electronic components to accommodate a difference in geometry between the EHD air mover and the mechanical air mover.
