摘要: A filter medium includes: a porous substrate; a nanofiber web laminated on both surfaces of the porous substrate, the nanofiber web being formed of accumulated nanofibers made of a polymer material and having a number of fine pores; and a fuse reinforcement material interposed between the nanofiber web and the porous substrate for adhesion with the nanofiber web and the porous substrate integrally. The porous substrate is surrounded by the nanofiber web except for an upper edge of the porous substrate, the upper edge of the porous substrate protrudes with respect to the nanofiber web to form a protruding portion, and the protruding portion is configured to be connected with a discharge hole through which purified water via the porous substrate is discharged.

摘要: Disclosed are a method for fabricating a printed circuit board wherein through-holes are formed in an organic substrate, followed by forming micro-circuit patterns through sputtering and plating, whereby the printed circuit board has low permittivity properties and enables high-speed processing, and a printed circuit board fabricated thereby. The disclosed method for fabricating a printed circuit board comprises the steps of: preparing a base substrate; forming a through-hole perforating the base substrate; forming a thin seed layer on the base substrate and in the through-hole; forming a thin plate layer on the thin seed layer; and etching the thin seed layer and the thin plate layer to form a micro-circuit pattern, wherein the base substrate is one selected from an organic substrate, FR-4, and Prepreg.

摘要: A graphite composition is provided. A graphite composition according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a graphite composite in which nanoparticles having a catecholamine layer on the surface thereof are fixed on graphite; and graphite of at least one of graphite flakes, spherical graphite, and expanded graphite. According to this, since the graphite composition has a high dispersibility in a substrate of a different material, a composite material thus realized exhibits a uniform heat dissipation performance and can prevent mechanical strength from deteriorating at a specific position. In addition, since the compatibility with the substrate of a different material is excellent and thus the interface property with the substrate is excellent, the realized composite material can exhibit a further improved heat dissipation performance and mechanical strength. Furthermore, it is very easy to form shapes during injection/extrusion molding in combination with a substrate, and molding into complicated shapes is also possible.

摘要: A manufacturing method for a flexible battery including injecting an electrolyte into an opening of an exterior material accommodating an electrode assembly contained therein and impregnating the electrode assembly with the electrolyte through a pressure difference inside the exterior material; and a sealing step of sealing the opening. Because the electrode assembly provided in the battery can be completely impregnated with an electrolyte, no spot occurs on the surface of a negative electrode filled with the electrolyte. In addition, the flexible battery can prevent or minimize deterioration of physical characteristics that the battery is required to exhibit, even if repeated bending occurs.

The proposed method for manufacturing a flexible printed circuit board comprises a step of preparing a base sheet which is a Teflon film having a thin film pattern formed on one surface thereof, a step of preparing an adhesive sheet, a step of stacking a plurality of base sheets and adhesive sheets, and a step of heating, pressing, and adhering a stacked body in which the plurality of base sheets and adhesive sheets are stacked.

摘要: Provided herein is a magnetic sheet. The magnetic sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a magnetic layer formed of crushed pieces of a magnetic body to improve flexibility of the magnetic sheet, and a thin film coating layer formed on at least one surface of the magnetic layer to maintain the magnetic layer in a sheet shape and buffer an external force applied to the crushed pieces of the magnetic body. According to the present invention, since the magnetic sheet is improved in mechanical strength properties, such as a tensile property, a bending property, and the like, to have significantly superior flexibility, degradation of physical properties, such as magnetic permeability and the like, caused by physical damage such as unintended cracks in the magnetic body provided in the magnetic sheet can be prevented even in the process of storing, transferring, and attaching the magnetic sheet to a target object and during usage of an electronic device provided with the target object to which the magnetic sheet is attached, and the magnetic sheet can be attached to a target surface of the target object with a superior adhering force even when a stepped portion is present at the surface, and at the same time, the magnetic sheet can block the influence of a magnetic field on parts of a portable terminal device or a human body of a user using the portable terminal device, significantly increase transmission and reception efficiencies and distances of a data and/or wireless power signal, and maintain the above-described performance for a long period of time, such that the magnetic sheet can be widely used in various portable devices such as mobile devices, smart appliances, devices for the Internet of Things, and the like.
