    摘要: A method is provided for controlling airflow into a furnace that employs a velocity type damper. In one embodiment, the method for controlling airflow may include engaging a velocity type damper to an air port opening of a furnace. The velocity type damper includes at least one air controlling surface that is positioned proximate to a wall of the furnace at the air port opening so that air velocity exiting the at least one air controlling surface is substantially equal to the air velocity entering the air port opening to the furnace. The method may further include adjusting a cross sectional area through the velocity type damper to control air velocity into the furnace through the air port opening.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a pulverized coal fired boiler with wall-attachment secondary air and grid overfire air. Primary burners including primary air spouts, secondary air spouts and close coupled overfire air spouts arranged at intervals along the height direction of a hearth are arranged on four corners of the hearth. Two-way wall-attachment secondary air spouts and one-way wall-attachment secondary air spouts are arranged from bottom to top in a primary combustion zone where the primary burners are located. One-way wall-attachment secondary air spouts are arranged in a reduction zone between the primary burners and the top overfire air spouts, and grid overfire air spouts are arranged in a burnout zone where the overfire air is supplied. By adopting the pulverized coal fired boiler with wall-attachment secondary air and grid overfire air according to the present invention, the NO amount generated in the hearth is reduced, the NO reduction rate along a flame is improved, the coke burnout rate is improved, less coke which is not burnt out enters into the burnout zone, slagging on the water-cooled wall is reduced, and ultralow emission of NOx may be realized on the premise that the combustion efficiency is not reduced, slag is not agglomerated in the hearth and the flue gas temperature deviation is small.

    摘要: A cement manufacturing apparatus capable of increasing quantity of fly ash used in the apparatus while controlling unburned carbon content in cement within a permissible range. The cement manufacturing apparatus comprises a removal means for removing unburned carbon from gypsum, and a grinding means for grinding gypsum from which unburned carbon is removed by the removal means together with clinker to generate cement. With the apparatus, total unburned carbon content in cement can be reduced, and the quantity of fly ash used in the apparatus can be, increased by the reduced amount of unburned carbon. The removal means can remove unburned carbon contained in gypsum as well as unburned carbon contained in fly ash, and the grinding means may grind the fly ash from which unburned carbon is removed together with the gypsum, from which unburned carbon is removed, and clinker.
