    Abstract: Provided is a system and method for providing a certificate, and more specifically a certificate for network access upon a second system. The method includes receiving from a user a request made with a first device for network access, the request including a voucher. At least one characteristic of the first device is also determined. Upon verification of the voucher and in response to the first device having at least one characteristic corresponding to at least one predefined device criteria, the user is provided with a certificate with at least one characteristic for network access. An associated system for providing a Certificate is also provided.

    Abstract: There is provided fiber drop terminal (“FDT”) assemblies for providing selective connections between optical fibers of distribution cables and optical fibers of drop cables, such as in multiple dwelling units. The FDT assemblies include a base and a cover that define a tongue and groove that selectively engage to seal the base and cover. The FDT assemblies also include a mounting plate for mounting of the base and cover, as well as a mounting plate extension for mounting of a skirt. The skirt provides slack storage for drop cables exiting the FDT. The components of the FDT assembly are selectively interlockable to prevent unauthorized access to the interior cavity of the base and cover and to the slack storage area of the skirt.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system of a priority command queues for low latency solid state drives are disclosed. In one embodiment, a system of a storage system includes a command sorter to determine a target storage device for at least one of a solid state drive (SSD) command and a hard disk drive (HDD) command and to place the command in a SSD ready queue if the SSD command is targeted to a SSD storage device of the storage system and to place the HDD command to a HDD ready queue if the HDD command is targeted to an HDD storage device of the storage system, a SSD ready queue to queue the SSD command targeted to the SSD storage device, and a HDD ready queue to queue the HDD command targeted to the HDD storage device.

    Abstract: Distortion and aliasing reduction for digital to analog conversion. Synthesis of one or more distortion terms made based on a digital signal (e.g., one or more digital codewords) is performed in accordance with digital to analog conversion. The one or more distortion terms may correspond to aliased higher-order harmonics, distortion, nonlinearities, clipping, etc. Such distortion terms may be known a priori, such as based upon particular characteristics of a given device, operational history, etc. Alternatively, such distortion terms may be determined based upon operation of a device and/or based upon an analog signal generated from the analog to conversion process. For example, frequency selective measurements made based on an analog signal generated from the digital to analog conversion may be used for determination of and/or adaptation of the one or more distortion terms. One or more DACs may be employed within various architectures operative to perform digital to analog conversion.
