Abstract: Method and apparatus for a prioritization of synchronization signals for NR-LTE in-band coexistence. The apparatus detects a first sidelink synchronization signal from a first RAT and a second sidelink synchronization signal from a second RAT. The apparatus determines a priority between a synchronization source associated with the first RAT and the second RAT. The apparatus transmits data using a timing based on a determination of the priority between the first RAT and the second RAT. The apparatus determines to transmit a sidelink synchronization signal to be the synchronization source in response to detecting the first sidelink synchronization signal from the first RAT. The apparatus determines to transmit at least one of the first sidelink synchronization signal or the second sidelink synchronization signal.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless positioning. In an aspect, a road-side unit (RSU) may join a first sidelink (SL) ranging session between a first user equipment (UE) and a second UE. The RSU may perform SL ranging with the first UE to determine first ranging information comprising at least a RTT to the first UE. The RSU may perform SL ranging with the second UE to determine second ranging information comprising at least a RTT to the second UE. The RSU may send the first ranging information and the second ranging information to at least one of the first UE or the second UE, or calculate a range between the first UE and the second UE based on the first ranging information and the second ranging information, and send the range to at least one of the first UE and the second UE.

Abstract: A first UE may determine to communicate with a second UE, but may maintain or establish a RRC connection with a third UE upon determining that potential interference may occur between the first UE and the third UE. The potential inference may be a received interference in which the first UE receives interference from the third UE as a result of a communication between the third UE and a fourth UE, or a transmitted interference in which the first UE causes interference to the third UE as a result of a communication between the first UE and the second UE. The first UE may communicate mitigation information to the third UE through the RRC connection, where the interference mitigation information may be associated with the communication between the first UE and the second UE or the communication between the third UE and the fourth UE.
