    摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a concrete sandwich panel. The sandwich panel may comprise a first reinforced concrete panel; a second reinforced concrete panel; an insulating panel sandwiched between the first reinforced concrete panel and the second reinforced concrete panel; a tie comprising a generally triangle wave-shaped pattern having a period defined by peaks spaced at a regular interval and a peak-to-peak amplitude greater than the thickness of the insulating panel; wherein the insulating panel has a plurality of generally linear slots defined at the regular interval of the tie for receiving the tie such that opposing ends of the tie terminate adjacent to the insulating panel, and the plurality of generally linear slots are filled utilizing an insulating material upon insertion of the tie to reduce thermal bridging; and wherein the peaks of the tie mechanically join the first and second reinforced concrete panels to the insulating panel.

    摘要: This light wall building construction element with insulation is to be used in the building of the internal and external walls of buildings and in the ceiling asmolen application. The objective is to provide heat, sound and water insulation with a single product without using additional insulation materials and to reduce the load of the building by a considerable degree. Polystyrene strapor or polyurethane materials used as insulation materials in the construction sector are used in the production of the external unit (1) of the product. Foam concrete which holds a special place as a construction material, or light concrete made of light aggregate with pores is manufactured as an internal unit (7) and is installed to the empty volume of the external unit (1) in sufficient quantities while it is still wet. When the concrete inside the internal unit (7) gets hard, the production process of the product is completed.

An insulating body (8) is arranged between the wire grid mats, through which the web wires pass. At least one of the wire grid mats is in the form of a grid reinforcement mat which possesses a minimum strength of the weld nodes which complies with the static requirements applicable to the building element, corresponding mechanical strength of the grid mat wires (3, 4) and also corresponding diameters and mutual spacings of the grid mat wires. The web wires are arranged in predetermined directions relative to the wire grid mats, and the insulating body is held at a predetermined distance from each of the wire grid mats.

    摘要: There is a description of an apparatus that produces corrugated walls in a continuous manner. Prior to being fed into the apparatus there is a composite consisting of an outer layer of a woven or non-woven material having a layer of a cementitious material thereon. Two composites are combined in the apparatus with a layer of polyurethane there between. The apparatus has opposing molding tracts therein through which the composites are fed. The opposing molding tracts have a multiple of inflatable pockets thereon. The spaces between the pockets form the corrugations into which the composites are being pressed. At the end of the run of the molding tracts, the molded corrugated wall is then delivered to a roller run to be dried to its last extent.

    摘要: The housing system uses foam filled cement and fiberglass clad panels and cement fiberglass moldings to construct modular housing. The panels have a foam core made of polystyrene bead foam coated with an adhesion promoter and then covered with a laminate consisting of layers of continuous strand fiberglass matt and Portland cement. The moldings used to fit the sections together are also made from Portland cement and fiberglass. The panels can be shaped to serve multiple purposes, such as roof panels. Wall panels can be oriented so that the space left between the panel ends and the moldings can be filled with cement. An adhesion promoter can also be used to assist the bonding between the foam and fiberglass panels and the cement fiberglass moldings to provide greater structural strength for the resulting structure.
