    摘要: An anchor for securing together interior and exterior building components includes a first end having an outer side for engaging the interior building component and an inner side opposite the outer side. The anchor further includes a second end having an outer side and an inner side opposite the outer side of the second end for engaging the exterior building component. A thermal break for reducing thermal bridging between the exterior and interior building components is disposed in a space between the inner sides of the ends and has a first coupling surface bonded to the inner side of the first end and a second coupling surface bonded to the inner side of the second end. An assembly includes the anchor for securing together the interior and exterior building components.

    摘要: Premanufactured structures for constructing buildings comprise a construction system for an energy efficient multi-story building with standard single or mixed units. The multi-story building is constructed using premanufactured structures: non-weight bearing walls with finished exterior including all electrical, insulating, plumbing and communications components that are premanufactured at a site distant from a building site, and the non-weight bearings walls are attached to a floor and ceiling slabs, interfacing with each other to enclose units of the building; interior components that are premanufactured at a remote site to connect to inside portions of the non-weight bearing walls; and exterior components that are premanufactured at the remote site to attach to exterior surfaces of the building. Non-weight bearing walls, interior components, and exterior components are installed and connected together to provide the energy efficient multi-story building with units with different floor plans, and optionally, a retail level with underground parking.

    摘要: A transparent heat-shielding material having a chemical formula CsXNYWO3-ZClC, characterized by being co-doped with elements of different groups in the periodic table, wherein Cs is cesium; N is tin (Sn) or antimony (Sb) or bismuth (Bi); W is tungsten; O is oxygen; and X, Y, Z, and C are positive numbers satisfying the following conditions: X≦1.0, Y≦1.0, Y/X≦1.0, Z≦0.6, and C≦0.1; the transparent heat-shielding material is used to make a highly transparent and highly effective heat-shielding film which can be adhered to glass panels of buildings and automobiles to block infrared radiation in the wavelength range of 800-2000 nm, thereby insulating heat and saving energy; and the film is also applicable as a composite substrate for electronic components.
