摘要:
A composite wall, ceiling or floor panel (10), system and method, including a sheet (14) having a first face (18) including at least one first mounting portion (16), and at least one formwork member (20) with at least one second mounting portion (30) arranged to engage with the first mounting portion of the sheet to retain the sheet and said at least one formwork member together. Structural support comes from piers (for a wall) or beams (ceiling or floor) formed in the spacing between adjacent formwork members. The formwork members act as the core of a wall, ceiling or floor panel. An external coating (123) is applied to the formwork members, such as spray shotcrete or render. Channels (28) formed by the formwork members defines integrated ducting for services to be run.
摘要:
A method and means to build an ecological house with enormous monolithic foam blocks is described here. The building structure is reinforced by liquid cement filled pipes or by glass fiber mesh. The building according to this disclosure may be 1-3 floor building. The building according to this disclosure is earthquake resistant.
摘要:
The invention comprises a product. The product comprises a foam insulating panel, the panel having a first primary surface and an opposite second primary surface, wherein the foam insulating panel defines at least one recessed channel in the first primary surface, the at least one recessed channel being sized and shaped to provide a mold for a structural reinforcing member. The product also comprises a concrete panel formed on the first primary surface and filling the at least one recessed channel so as to provide a structural reinforcing member for the concrete panel. The product further comprises an elongate anchor member in the foam insulating panel and extending from the first primary surface of the foam insulating panel into the concrete panel. A method of making a composite reinforced insulated concrete structure is also disclosed.
摘要:
The invention relates to a structure comprising inner and outer skeletons, each defining a cage-like structure consisting of metal structural elements, where the inner skeleton is housed within the inner space defined by the outer skeleton, and where the inner and outer skeleton are connected at one or more locations.

A method of building insulated concrete walls by using concrete that exerts low hydrostatic pressure and a special stud that supports and secures simple rectangular shaped insulation boards used as stay-in-place forms on one side of the wall. The construction process begins with the vertical positioning of the studs and insulation boards on one side of the wall. Steel reinforcement is placed next to the insulation boards and low hydrostatic pressure producing concrete is cast against the reinforcement, the exposed part of the stud and the insulation board. As the concrete is placed it embeds the exposed part of the stud and when the concrete cures it causes the stud to be bonded to the concrete and sufficiently rigid to secure the insulation board and wallboard or other cladding that may be affixed to the stud.
摘要:
A prefabricated insulation wall panel for construction of a wall includes two elongated studs, each having a planar web section and inner and outer flanges, one or more insulation boards vertically disposed between the two studs, and one or more reinforcing mesh fastened to the flanges of the elongated studs on inner, outer or both sides of the wall panel. The reinforcing mesh has a preformed overhang section extending laterally beyond the elongated stud. The web section includes multiple through-holes spaced apart vertically, closer to the inner flange than to the outer flange. The insulation board is thinner than the width of the wed section, disposed with its inner surface against inner flanges of the studs and two side edges covering the through-holes on the web section of the stud, thus establishing a distance between the outer surface of the insulation board and the outer flanges of the studs.

The present invention provides a composite wall panel with good thermal insulation and sufficient strength for structural use which is designed for the fabrication of energy efficient building. The composite wall panel of the present invention comprises a foamed concrete core with sufficient compressive strength and low thermal conductivity which is sandwiched between two lightweight ductile fiber reinforced cementitious composite (FRCC) protective layers with low thermal conductivity, good barrier resistance to moisture/chloride ion/gas, multiple cracking as well as certain amount of steel reinforcements. These composite wall panels are useful in a variety of buildings in both cold and hot regions.
