摘要: A microphone system includes a microphone and a pre-amplification conditioning circuit configured within a housing and comprising a pair of matched JFETs configured in a differential pair with common-source configuration and, when biased, are operable to receive and amplify the differential microphone output signal. The microphone further includes a pair of BJTs configured as a complimentary feedback transistor pair with each of the pair of BJTs coupled in parallel to a corresponding one of the pair of matched JFETs, and a current sink coupled to the matched JFETs and corresponding emitter electrodes of the BJTs and operable to maintain a fixed total direct current through each of the matched JFETs and BJTs, which reduces the JFETs corresponding electrical load, reduces signal noise, and increases a maximum amplified microphone output signal level at the drains of the matched JFETs.

摘要: An apparatus and method is provided to correlate radiation beams, such as RF beams, optical beams, and/or acoustic beams. A plurality of sensors are distributed according to a first pattern and disposed adjacent to a first interference region. The plurality of sensors may capture incoming radiation and convert the incoming radiation to a plurality of signals. A plurality of radiating elements are distributed according to a second pattern that differs from the first pattern and are disposed adjacent to a second interference region. A plurality of channels are connected between the sensors and the radiating elements, each channel connecting a corresponding sensor to receive a corresponding signal. Each of the radiating elements is in communication with a corresponding one of the plurality of channels to provide an outgoing radiation corresponding to the signal received by the channel. The second pattern has a relationship to the first pattern such that first and second beams of incoming radiation in the first interference region captured by the plurality of sensors are respectively mapped to corresponding first and second beams of outgoing radiation emitted by the plurality of radiating elements into the second interference region.

摘要: A comb-like capacitive microphone includes a substrate penetrated by a cavity having an upper part provided with a step, stationary electrodes equally spaced on the step, and a diaphragm received in the step and including a vibrating portion and a connecting portion connected to the vibrating portion. Movable electrodes protrude from a periphery of the vibrating portion, and an end of the connecting portion away from the vibrating portion is connected to the substrate. The stationary electrodes are arranged in a comb shape and directly etched on the substrate, and the movable electrodes are arranged in a comb shape. The stationary electrodes are spatially separated from the movable electrodes, each stationary electrode is corresponding to each movable electrode. Such structure of the comb-like capacitive microphone offers a relatively large displacement, to decrease the acoustic noise and to offer a high sensitivity, and eventually a sound transducer with high performances.
