Abstract: A method for manufacturing a battery, includes: preparing a case having an opening at one end portion of the case and a bottom portion at another end portion of the case; preparing an electrode group including a first electrode, a second electrode, and a current collecting lead electrically connected to the first electrode; housing the electrode group in the case; and joining the current collecting lead to an inner surface of the case. The joining of the current collecting lead includes: pressing a pressing device having a tubular shape against the current collecting lead to cause the current collecting lead to contact the inner surface of the case; and welding the current collecting lead to the case while an inside of a tube of the pressing device is sucked by a suction device.

Abstract: An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element. The capacitor element includes an anode part, a cathode part, and an intermediate part. The anode part includes a first portion that is a part of an anode body having a porous region, and a first dielectric layer. The intermediate part includes a second portion of the anode body, a second dielectric layer, and a first insulating member containing a first resin component. The cathode part includes a third portion of the anode body, a third dielectric layer, a solid electrolyte layer covering at least a part of the third dielectric layer, and a cathode lead-out layer covering at least a part of the solid electrolyte layer. The first resin component contains a curing product of a first reactive compound. At least a part of the first insulating member is disposed in pores of the porous region in the intermediate part.

Abstract: Provided is a glass panel unit that reduces the chances of an electric wire extended being disconnected. A glass panel unit includes a first panel, a second panel, a seal, a connecting void, and an electric wire. The first panel includes a first glass pane. The second panel includes a second glass pane and is arranged to face the second glass pane. The seal has a frame shape and hermetically bonds respective peripheral edge portions of the first panel and the second panel to create an internal space between the first panel and the second panel. The connecting void is provided for a portion, other than a portion facing the internal space, of at least one of the first panel or the second panel. The electric wire is extended from the internal space to the connecting void by passing through the seal.

Abstract: An information processing method is to be executed by a computer. The information processing method includes: receiving, from an autonomous moving body, a first processing result that is a result of first preprocessing of travel control processing in autonomous movement processing of the autonomous moving body, and sensing data received by the autonomous moving body; executing second preprocessing based on the sensing data to receive a second processing result, the second preprocessing being more advanced than the first preprocessing; determining a difference between the first processing result and the second processing result; and outputting, to the autonomous moving body based on the difference determined, a change request to change the first processing result to the third processing result, the third processing result being received based on at least one of the first processing result or the second processing result.
