Abstract: A service device (e.g., a user equipment (UE), or other network component) can operate generate sidelink communications with peer UE devices based on PC5 unicast link to enable a direct peer-to-peer communication as part of PC5 vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications. Radio status link detection can be configured based on a keep alive (KA) coordination scheme via the PC5 unicast link to monitor a status of the PC5 unicast link. A KA timer can be configured based on the KA coordination scheme via the PC5 unicast link. The KA coordination scheme is configured to reduce redundant KA requests in the PC5 unicast link to coordinate the direct peer-to-peer communication across the PC5 unicast link.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for determining which part or operation of one or more Secondary Cell (SCell) activation process (es) to defer or restart when an attempt to simultaneously perform multiple operations of the one or more SCell activation processes would cause interference. For example, radio frequency (RF) tuning and/or automatic gain control (AGC) settling for an SCell activation may be deferred until after a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) for the SCell activation is sent by a UE to the SCell. In another example, RF tuning and/or AGC settling corresponding to the activation of a first SCell may be deferred until after RF tuning and/or AGC settling corresponding to the activation of a second SCell is complete.

A first wireless device may receive cellular sidelink control channel configuration information. The cellular sidelink control channel configuration information may indicate a cellular sidelink control channel configuration that includes one or more of frequency hopping or multi-beam diversity. The first wireless device may perform cellular sidelink communication with a second wireless device using the cellular sidelink control channel configuration that includes one or more of frequency hopping or multi-beam diversity.

Abstract: Embodiments are presented herein of apparatuses, systems, baseband processors, and methods for performing vehicle-to-everything sidelink communication. A wireless device receives first control information through a sidelink control channel specifying one or more first time slots for the wireless device to transmit a first acknowledgment message over a sidelink feedback channel. The wireless device transmits second control information through the sidelink control channel specifying one or more second time slots for the wireless device to receive a second acknowledgment message over the sidelink feedback channel. The first and second time slots at least partially overlap, and it is determined whether the first data packet or the second data packet has a higher priority. The acknowledgment message associated with the higher priority data packet is transmitted or received during at least a subset of the overlapping time slots.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for PDCCH enhancements for group-based paging indications. A user equipment device may be configured to receive, from a network, an indication of a paging occasion via a PG-RNTI and/or via at least 6 bits of a DCI. A value of the PG-RNTI may be associated with the paging occasion as well as a set of UEs, including the UE. The UE may be configured to monitor the paging occasion based on the value of the PG-RNTI and receive, during the paging occasion, a paging indication via at least six bits of a DCI, where each bit of the at least six bits may indicate a paging indication for a particular set of UEs and the particular set of UEs may be a subset of the set of UEs. The UE may also be configured to, in response to determining that the UE has a paging message, decode a corresponding PDSCH.

Abstract: The exemplary embodiments relate to a user equipment (UE) delivering an indication of one or more uplink listen-before-talk (LBT) failures to a network. The UE may identify a predetermined condition corresponding to one or more uplink listen-before-talk (LBT) failures associated with a special cell (SpCell). The UE is triggered to provide an indication of uplink LBT failure associated with the SpCell to the network based on the predetermined condition. Next, the UE may determine a type of message that is to be used to deliver the indication of uplink LBT failure associated with the SpCell to the network. The UE may transmit the type of message including the indication of uplink LBT failure associated with the SpCell to the network. Subsequently, the UE may determine that the network received the indication of uplink LBT failure associated with the SpCell.
